Staying here and using the park and transfer service the night before our holiday was great and everything ran like clockwork. Although we didn't eat at the hotel we spoke to others who did and they said the food was excellent - both in quality and quantity and at a very good price. Shame we were sent an e-mail telling us the restaurant was closed!

The air conditioning not work on one of the hottest days of the year. The engineer organised another room for us. The pool and spa facilities out of order. We did not get our requested wake up call. The taxi to transfer us did not turn up! I had to complain to the young boys behind the counter before the taxi was called. When we landed after a 10 hour flight at terminal 1 the lady at the taxi service I rangtold us to walk to terminal 2 with all of our luggage to get the waiting taxi but that we only had5 minutes to get there. The taxi was not there and I had to ring again to find out the taxi was actually at terminal 1!!!! Utterly disgraceful service. Worst hotel stay ever. Very poor value for money!!!

Rooms fine food okay, now charge £5 for gym entry which was free last time we stayed. Parking and transfer was why we stayed. I believe they no longer have shuttle service included in price (we did get it as we booked a while ago). On contacting hotel to find where we got return shuttle was sent to the wrong place, contact taxi company direct don't use the free phone. Overall disappointed and won't use again.

The hotel is very conveniently situated with good transfer service to and from the airport. The only drawback was that it was very stressful finding a car parking space when we arrived as the car park was very full and seemingly no spaces available. It was disconcerting that there was no organisation at all regarding parking - despite the fact that this was one of the main reasons we had used the hotel in the first place. A real fear was what if we couldn't find an acceptable space? Some cars had been left in very awkward places. Thankfully a space became available (after a few times round the car park!) but the experience didn't lend itself to a stress free start to our holiday

Room very basic, small and in need of refurbishment. I have already booked for August. If I knew then what I know now I would not have booked.

Arrived at hotel to find our quad room was a double. They had no other rooms available. A very surly young male went off to find a supervisor, occasionally mumbled something at us when he passed by. We were then waved out of the way by the receptionist so she could deal with the people behind us. Funnily enough there room was also not correct/available. However, a supervisor (or at least someone who had a little hospitality training) appeared. The people who had been behind us were given vouchers for drinks from the bar whilst their room was sorted! We got told there was absolutely Oromo and we'd have to go to their sister hotel, which we were assured was only 10 minutes away and equidistant from the airport. We were dispatched to said hotel with google instructions that hD us turning the wrong way out of the hotel and then getting lost for 20 minutes. When we finally got to the hotel, just on the outskirts of Manchester, we were advised the transport in the morning would take 30 minutes not the10 minutes it would have taken from the other airport. Also the timings of the bus service meant we would have to leave only 15 minutes later than if we'd stayed at home. We insisted on a taxi which was agreed. On our return to the UK, we called on the courtesy phone for the transport 10 mins before the bus service was due to tell them we were there. They told us there was a bus on the way. 20 minutes later called back and they had no record of us, they did send a taxi in the end but after essentially accusing me of lying about the first call!! I will NEVER be using this hotel group again!

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean. Struggled to find a place to park the car, However the Duty Manager did come out to help find some places because it was a busy time. There was a swimming pool but did not have time to use it. Overall decent value for money. Only thing that spoiled the experience was the noisy rooms. Mini bus collects from the hotel on the hour and half past the hour also collecting from other hotels. Then a 15 minute drive to the airport.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now when flying from Manchester airport .The service and value for money it offers is second to none we parked at the hotel for a week, the parking was on site something not all airport hotels offer .The room was completely adequate and quiet and even had tea making facilities which my husband loves.the breakfast very good and easy to self serve. The icing on the cake was the price included an airport drop off and pick up ..sensational !
