my car broke down in hotel carpark, a gentleman on reception went beyond the call of duty to assist me even though he got soaked through in heavy rain. my wife and I were brought tea and biscuits in the middle of the night and got to sit in a warm area whilst awaiting the RAC.

We stayed 1 night before our trip, leaving the car for 15 nights at a cost included in the room rate. Car is parked on site & in same place when you return - not asked to leave keys. Excellent value for money. Room small but clean & perfectly adequate for a short stay. Hotel facilities do include a carvery restaurant & a pizza bistro , both good & reasonably priced. Bar area with big screen , well appointed. Have already recommended to friends!

We chose this hotel on the basis of reviews and were not disappointed. We stayed with our 18 and 16 year old kids for one night prior to flying. We were very taken with the hotel and it's position and were delighted with our 'Quad' bedroom when we saw it as we had a large double bed and 2 full size single beds (not z-beds). The room was very clean as was the bathroom - albeit an old design. We dined at the Pizzeria in the hotel and were so delighted with the service and quality of food we dined there again the following week when we arrived to collect our car. Transfer to and from airport was seamless, the cost of £5.00 each for the return journey is worth every penny. Will definitely use this hotel again and thoroughly recommend it.

Small room, basic. Noisy guests in rooms close by and we were getting up at 4.30am so not ideal. The room doors always slam shut and that doesn't help.

We had no difficulty finding the hotel from the directions given. Arrived late afternoon on Sunday 1st. may and had no difficulty in finding a parking space close to hotel. As stated above, check-in was quick and easy as was booking the airport transfer. Room was clean and tidy and we had no complaints at all. We were lucky enough to arrive in time for the "Happy Hour" at he bar which lasted for 2 hours. Pick-up from hotel was punctual as was the return. Would reccomend this package.
