Felt that the hotel discriminated against guests offering some but not everyone parking facilities for the 15 days - when we queried we were told there was not enough room as they were busy but guests arriving later than ourselves were offered the facilities.

We were not allowed to park in the hotel car park while on holiday and had to use one of the national airport car parks. In fairness it does state that this might be the case in the information provided by the hotel. This obviously means that you need to leave the hotel much earlier than you might have originally planned. This is an inconvenience if you have an early flight. The transfer time to the airport car park is quoted at around 15 minutes. I would suggest that this estimate is very optimistic and the actual time is around 30 minutes. (we did it at 5 in the morning) In addition the dircetions provided by the hotel are not accurate in the final part of the journey. This resulted in my party being the last to try to check in for our easyjet flight. Easyjet had overbooked the flight and because we were last to arrive (although still within the required time) we missed our flight. If the traveling time to the car park had been accurate and the directions current we might not have missed our flight. All in all this is not an experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Hotel was a good price with friendly staff and swimming pool was good. But the hotel needs some money spending on it. The nearby town has some excellent resturants

We have used the Quality Inn on a number of occasions, on this occasion we were surprised that they had not let us know that they were using off site parking at Airparks. We also found out on arrival on the Sunday night that we could not get a meal at the hotel, the only thing available was the burger type snack.

Good deal financially. 25 mins drive from the hotel to the car park. Leaflet the hotel gave us had the wrong 0800 phone no. to call the car park on return from our holiday. Short walk into Hale, which has a variety of places to eat, newsagent etc. 5 mins drive to Tesco Extra in Altrincham to stock up with anything forgotten to pack! Had to carry suitcases up two flights of stairs - no lift.

The only thing that spoiled the hotel was the smell of previous users cigarettes. They also forgot to give us an early morning call, good job we had set our own alarm! No lift at the hotel. The price for the combination of the hotel and 14 days parking at AirParks was excellent. Directions to hotel and then to Air Parks and from Air Parks home where very good.

We had booked a triple room for ourselves and our daughter which consisted of 2 double beds. The room although quite dated was very spacious and had more than adequate space. The leisure centre was excellent and had a jacuzzi right at the side of the pool which meant I could relax in there while my daughter was in the pool!! The only problem we had was a delay in getting to the airport the following morning. Roadworks and the rush hour meant it took us 3 times more than the recommended so if we did it again it would be well worth setting off earlier! The airport car park the hotel used also took longer than expected and dropped us off at terminal 1 so we had to run all the way to terminal 2! Overall though the hotel was brilliant even though the rooms were old fashioned they were clean and very big and the leisure centre was lovely. The food in the restaurant was excellent too but it was quite expensive and the drinks were very expensive. I would definitely stay here again but would set off for the airport earlier!

Impression was overall fair to good, as I say the rooms felt a bit tired and on the small side. A major drawback was that there were signs outside the hotel telling patrons not to leave anything in the car. We (four of us) had all our holiday luggage which we brought in but were forced to carry upstairs as there was no lift. To be fair, one particularly heavy suitcase was put in a room downstairs and locked. However I had the impression this was not normal practice but credit to the employee for maintaining good customer relations.

It was not the easiest or friendliest hotel i have used, there was no where to sit for a drink prior to our meal and very limited menu was available I was not aware when booking that we had to travel to park our car , the reason we booked a hotel was to prevent having to drive anywhere on the morning of our flight. We do not know the area and the journey at 6am in the morning in the dark and the rain was not very pleasant . Your clients should be made aware of the fact that they have to take their car to secure parking prior to taking the booking. I would certainly not book this again
