I was concerned after reading some of the other reviews and nearly booked elsewhere, however we were very pleasantly surprised. No problems checking in. Nice room (though not the cleanest) and we used the swimming pool too. The bar was nice and we made the 5 minute walk into Hale for an enjoyable curry. For the money including free airport parking it was top value.

we loved the rooms, huge well-lit and so comfortable. transfer service PERFECT!! far better value for the money than we had hoped for. would definitely stay here again.

Its a very pleasant hotel, not too far from the airport and the transfer service was good.

Felt that the hotel discriminated against guests offering some but not everyone parking facilities for the 15 days - when we queried we were told there was not enough room as they were busy but guests arriving later than ourselves were offered the facilities.

we only stayed the one night, but we enjoyed our nites stay. staff were very helpfull, transport to airport was organised for us, would definately stay again.

We were not allowed to park in the hotel car park while on holiday and had to use one of the national airport car parks. In fairness it does state that this might be the case in the information provided by the hotel. This obviously means that you need to leave the hotel much earlier than you might have originally planned. This is an inconvenience if you have an early flight. The transfer time to the airport car park is quoted at around 15 minutes. I would suggest that this estimate is very optimistic and the actual time is around 30 minutes. (we did it at 5 in the morning) In addition the dircetions provided by the hotel are not accurate in the final part of the journey. This resulted in my party being the last to try to check in for our easyjet flight. Easyjet had overbooked the flight and because we were last to arrive (although still within the required time) we missed our flight. If the traveling time to the car park had been accurate and the directions current we might not have missed our flight. All in all this is not an experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Hotel was a good price with friendly staff and swimming pool was good. But the hotel needs some money spending on it. The nearby town has some excellent resturants
