transfers to Manchester Airport

Room-only option: The hotel provides transfers to and from the airport 24 hours a day on a request basis. For service from the airport to the hotel, guests should phone the hotel using the freephone located at the hotel information point in the arrivals lounge (rail station customers should phone using the freephone at the rail station).

Parking package option: On the morning of your departure, transfers are provided by the hotel. These are available 24 hours a day on a request basis. Upon returning, customers are transferred directly to Airparks Gold to collect their vehicles. For transfers from Terminals 1 and 2, customers will be collected at the Terminal Inter-Change between terminals. For transfers from Terminal 3, customers will be collected at the first bus stop outside the terminal.

parking arrangements
Vehicles are driven away to a secured long-term car park 11 miles away from the hotel. On return, customers collect their car directly from Airparks Gold. This car park is located opposite Manchester Airport, and transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Transfers to the car park are free of charge.

  • If the Deluxe Room Upgrade package is chosen this gives you an Executive room, which includes a king-size bed and a sofa or seating area in addition to the amenities listed in the "Room Details" section above.
  • There is a limited menu over Christmas and New Year's.
  • Triple rooms are only suitable for two adults and a child, and consist of 1 double bed and a z-bed.
  • There are two family room options. The first sleeps a maximum of four people and consists of 2 double beds. The second sleeps five people and consists of 2 double beds and a z-bed. A maximum of two adults are allowed in this room.

Nice place however expected more. Good transfer facilities. Poor choice in restaurant and would have been offered better service from a pot plant from one member of staff whilst dining. Unable to run a tab in the bar/restaurant for some reason which was inconvenient. Would have spent more money if it wasn't the case. TV in room had a fuzzy picture also. But I don't like to grumble!

Within a stones throw from manchester airport, the Hilton is very clean and gave excellent service. Staying there the night before our holiday allowed us to have a few more hours sleep before our flight. Easy transfer to and from the airport, our car was waiting for us on return from our holiday. Absolutely no compaints, would not hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone

Found the food overexpensive,i know its a Hilton but no need to charge prices like that!!

Disappointed to be caught with the £10 overnight parking fee -an unnecessary hidden extra which needs to be factored in when making price comparison with other hotels

We were disappointed in food in restaurant at dinner although breakfast was ok. Meat in steakpie was dry and overcooked whilst vegetables were brick hard. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Used internet connection to use early checkin for our flight. This was very slow and ended up costing us £10. All in all we enjoyed our stay in the hotel as the price we paid was very good for our two rooms and included breakfast. Dinner was overpriced for what it was.

Room was OK with good bathroom. Extensive breakfast choice made the package good value. Courtesy phones in train station didn't work so couldn't summon the transfer bus. However, 5 minute walk to the hotel was easy. Taxi ordered by the hotel staff the night before turned up on time in the morning.

On arrival the receptionist was very welcoming and polite.The room was great and very comfortable also the shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent.On a whole the experience of the overnight stay and the parking was hassle free and an option we would definately use again. First Class.

We chose the 15 nights parking and 1 nights accomodation The hotel was excellent the room was spotless and very comfortable. We left our luggage in the car overnight as we had and early morning flight and transferred straight onto the shuttle bus in the morning Tranfer to T2 in Manchester only a couple of minutes and the driver helped with the luggage On return used the courtesy phone at the airport and the shuttle bus arrived quickly and took us back to the hotel where our car was waiting free of frost etc then out onto the M56 and on our way home Dead easy

We had an excellent room - and if you consider the cost of parking - which was included - you would need to pitch a tent to get the deal any cheaper!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

The hotel is very easy to find and once you get to the hotel the staff are friendly and do their best to tell you what to do with your car once you have checked in. The restuarant is very good too and there is a wide range of food to select from. The rooms are very spacious although some of the neighbours were a bit rowdy this time although we did manage to get to sleep at a reasonable time as we were going on an early flight.
