Important Information
- If the Deluxe Room Upgrade package is chosen this gives you an Executive room, which includes a king-size bed and a sofa or seating area in addition to the amenities listed in the "Room Details" section above.
- There is a limited menu over Christmas and New Year's.
- Triple rooms are only suitable for two adults and a child, and consist of 1 double bed and a z-bed.
- There are two family room options. The first sleeps a maximum of four people and consists of 2 double beds. The second sleeps five people and consists of 2 double beds and a z-bed. A maximum of two adults are allowed in this room.
Transfers to Manchester Airport
Room-only option: The hotel provides transfers to and from the airport 24 hours a day on a request basis. For service from the airport to the hotel, guests should phone the hotel using the freephone located at the hotel information point in the arrivals lounge (rail station customers should phone using the freephone at the rail station).
Parking package option: On the morning of your departure, transfers are provided by the hotel. These are available 24 hours a day on a request basis. Upon returning, customers are transferred directly to Airparks Gold to collect their vehicles. For transfers from Terminals 1 and 2, customers will be collected at the Terminal Inter-Change between terminals. For transfers from Terminal 3, customers will be collected at the first bus stop outside the terminal.
Parking Arrangements
Vehicles are driven away to a secured long-term car park 11 miles away from the hotel. On return, customers collect their car directly from Airparks Gold. This car park is located opposite Manchester Airport, and transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Transfers to the car park are free of charge.

We chose the 15 nights parking and 1 nights accomodation The hotel was excellent the room was spotless and very comfortable. We left our luggage in the car overnight as we had and early morning flight and transferred straight onto the shuttle bus in the morning Tranfer to T2 in Manchester only a couple of minutes and the driver helped with the luggage On return used the courtesy phone at the airport and the shuttle bus arrived quickly and took us back to the hotel where our car was waiting free of frost etc then out onto the M56 and on our way home Dead easy

We had an excellent room - and if you consider the cost of parking - which was included - you would need to pitch a tent to get the deal any cheaper!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

The hotel is very easy to find and once you get to the hotel the staff are friendly and do their best to tell you what to do with your car once you have checked in. The restuarant is very good too and there is a wide range of food to select from. The rooms are very spacious although some of the neighbours were a bit rowdy this time although we did manage to get to sleep at a reasonable time as we were going on an early flight.

We arrived quite early but our room was ready and parking the car was straightforward. We were driven to the airport by a polite and helpful driver and picked up promptly after our holiday. Again retrieving our car was straight forward. We felt the cost was reasonable and we will use the service again. B Wood

I had some worries about my post-midnight arrival from overseas but the transfer to the hotel was quick and uncomplicated. I was enjoying a much needed drink in the bar only 30 minutes after collecting my baggage at the airport.

Hotel was easy to find, location for Manchester Airport was good and transfer service was good also... We choose to stay in the hotel so we could get a good nights sleep because we had to check in quite early, our only problem was they put us in a room next to the lift and the sound of the lift going up and down kept me awake so didnt get the good nights sleep I had hoped for... If we were in a different room I wouldnt have been able to fault the hotel.

Hotel was very nice and comfortable, transfer service was very good, the return of our car was a bit of a disaster as we had to wait an hour and a half for our car, as we had a 4 hour drive ahead we had hoped our car would be there on arrival as stated, only reason given was that the roads were busy which was a bit a lame excuse

Expected a higher standard for a Hilton Hotel, Large scratch on driver's door when returned home which may have been done in the car park. Restaurant disappointing, expensive and very small portions. Staff very professional, however diplomatically told to take only one desert!

Very good value when booked as a park and fly package. The hotel is on the airport and the car parking and tranfers to ande from airport were excellent. The staff were very helpful. The meal package in the restaurant was very good with a buffet starter and sweet and a choice of main course. The only thing which was very expensive was the cost of drinks. A bottle of wine was about £27 and a glass about £9. However all top class hotels seem to do this. I would book this hotel again as a park and fly package.

The room was sizeable and very comfortable with everything we could ask for. The bathroom was very well appointed although the bath and sink were a bit old, and the sink slightly cracked. That was made up for by the range of washing stuff, towels and general room facilities. Would certainly stay there again.

Arrived to find that check in was 3.00pm, we had thought 2.00pm, so was asked to wait in the bar. However we had to keep going to the reception to ask if a room was available, no-one came to us. Rooms were clean, not particularly spacious but ideal for an overnight stay. However, the prices at the bar and the restaurant were ridiculously high, and we actually walked to Bewleys and had a lovely meal for almost half the price of the Hilton. The only reason we did not stay there was that we got a good deal on the stay and park with the Hilton. Saying that the car service and courtesy bus was excellent and quick. Overall a great stay, but too expensive to dine there.
