transfers to Manchester Airport
Room-only option: The hotel provides transfers to and from the airport 24 hours a day on a request basis. For service from the airport to the hotel, guests should phone the hotel using the freephone located at the hotel information point in the arrivals lounge (rail station customers should phone using the freephone at the rail station).
Parking package option: On the morning of your departure, transfers are provided by the hotel. These are available 24 hours a day on a request basis. Upon returning, customers are transferred directly to Airparks Gold to collect their vehicles. For transfers from Terminals 1 and 2, customers will be collected at the Terminal Inter-Change between terminals. For transfers from Terminal 3, customers will be collected at the first bus stop outside the terminal.
Vehicles are driven away to a secured long-term car park 11 miles away from the hotel. On return, customers collect their car directly from Airparks Gold. This car park is located opposite Manchester Airport, and transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Transfers to the car park are free of charge.

- If the Deluxe Room Upgrade package is chosen this gives you an Executive room, which includes a king-size bed and a sofa or seating area in addition to the amenities listed in the "Room Details" section above.

- Triple rooms are only suitable for two adults and a child, and consist of 1 double bed and a z-bed.
- There are two family room options. The first sleeps a maximum of four people and consists of 2 double beds. The second sleeps five people and consists of 2 double beds and a z-bed. A maximum of two adults are allowed in this room.
