ticks all the boxes-it is next to the airport, comfortable and the transfer is very efficient
Good value for money and ideally situated for easy transfer to the airport.
A very busy hotel. Reasonable food but expensive drinks in the bar. Clean and friendly.
My daughter and I had a one night stay on a business trip and found the hotel very comfortable and efficient
Enjoyed the sevice and proximity to the airport plus the transportation. Hope to stay there again in August
Very difficult to find a car parking space and the facility was quite expensive
Got to the Hotel with expectations pretty much that it would be an over rated airport hotel that just serves the purpose! How wrong! This was a definate 4 star quality hotel which was clean and very comfortable. Food was good Fish and Chips seemed more than just Fish and Chips. We wished our holiday destination hotel was going to be this good and while it was nice it was not to this standard.
Staff were very helpful, room clean, with everything needed for an overnight stay, real value for money. Free shuttle buses to train station and terminals very welcome. All in all, splendid value for money
Nice clean well-appointed room. Airport transfers good. Our evening meal in the dining room was very good, and the dining room staff were excellent. The only downside to the hotal was that the check-in process was extremely slow. Apparently the check-in staff were required to promote the purchase of a rewards card to each customer, despite a long and impatient queue!
Had a very relaxing time, staff very friendly and helpful, had a lovely meal in the chinese restaurant, highly recommended. All in all a very pleasant experience, oh yes, the bath was a bit small.
Generally a relaxing and satisfactory experience. Will use hotel again when traveling from Manchester airport. Only downside was the lack of porterage / support for baggage handling on arrival.
Was pleased with everything except the bar meal we had; I thought this was expensive for the quality of it.
Hotel is very convenient for the Airport - but the bedrooms are small (quite cramped). The Bar drinks are expensive. We ate in the Oriental Restaurant (Sampans); the food and service were good, but again expensive for what it was. Our car was moved to 'off-site' parking, which was quite some distance away - although we had not been advised of this at the time of booking.
It's so much easier to book into a hotel and know that you can leave the car there knowing that it is secure, having a decent night's sleep before your flight the next day and a friendly driver in the morning on the shuttle service to the terminal.
I stayed after my holiday so was tired from the flight and got there around 11.30pm suffering post holiday blues. The hotel soon helped me feel at home and welcomed. I had a leisurely breakfast, short swim, sauna and jacuzzi and relaxed until the hotel's coach took me back to reality to catch my train back to Lancashire. The whole experience was lovely! Great selection of food at breakfast and free newspaper. Will stay again!
Situated next to the airport (terminal 3 is just across the roundabout) rather than several miles away. A quality hotel at a sensible (for an airport hotel) price. Free airport transfer too.
We had a very pleasant stay and the Transfer to the airport was very simple, however, I was a little surprised to find that an extra £15.00 for breakfast was charged, especially as my two teenagers only ate cereal and orange juice.
