the rooms are extremely basic and old in need of updating and decorating, the lobby is ok and has a pool with gym didnt use the restaurant facilities, if you using it to park at for the airport its probably worth it as the rooms are bearable but for an extra £20 your probably better off with another hotel. staff were ok nothing over the top, probably sums up the whole hotel, just there as somewhere to park your car, sorry but true.

We arrived at the Stockport hotel only to find out that there was an additional 20 minute drive to the country club hotel the next morning to park our car. When we got there there was no parking spaces left in the official car park so we had to park in among the trees on a soft soggy grassy area in black dark which was a concern. The hotel receptionist asked no details about the car, no registration nothing. I wasn't sure what I was going to come back to in a couple of weeks time, although it turned out okay in the end. Another disappointment was we had to wait 50 minutes for a transfer back to the hotel from the airport. Not great I have to say but it was a reasonable price

A tired old hotel keeping itself alive by offering an overnight stay with parking at a cheap price. The airport transfer runs either every half-hour or hour depending upon the time of day. You get what you pay for, Fine for an overnight stay.

The lift was not working when I need to get down the stairs with a large suitcase in the early morning - so I had to bump it all the way! The television was very old and poor quality picture. I thought I was able to leave my car at the hotel but I had to drive to the airport britannia and got lost on the way and so the journey caused some panic but a taxi was ordered for me which was very good service. I wouldn't use this hotel again but maybe the airport one.

The transfer instructions to the car parking facility were terrible for three reasons. One, they began by asking us to 'turn north' out of the hotel car park? Later, they instructed us to take exit No. 2, which I think is the same as exit 1, although I am not sure. Lastly, the address given is incorrect as the house which has the given number is 'The Rectory', a private house. We allowed nearly 3/4 of an hour for the transfer yet still almost missed the bus. I wont be repeating this experience.
