Found the hotel very easily. Easy check in, room in a very clean conditon. Long term parking was easy with no problem. The transfere to the airport was on time going and on return waited 15 minutes after phoning the contact number and picked up at the required pick up point, about 10 minutes for transfere. Only thing i foud was the price of a glass of wine was i thought a bit pricy. Would recommend and would use again.

I completed the standard form detailing my transfer requirements and gave it to the desk clerk who assured me al was fine, however the next morning my wife and I waited outside in the cold for a taxi that was never going to come because the clerk had forgot to book it. Upon my return I used the car park barrier code which had been written down by the clerk and found it did not work, I had to re-park my car and walk back to the hotel to ask for the correct code and I was asked by the clerk if I had filled in the form. I reminded the clerk that he was in fact the individual that I had given the form to, whereupon he said that he left the form for the night clerk and all of the blame for my poor experience lay with that person, I told him what I thought of their organisation and left in disgust.

The hotel was easy to find. Check in was smooth. Our room, although small, was well presented and had everything we needed. We had a good night. The morning transfer was prompt. On arrival back at Manchester we rang the transfer service and after a little wait, we were picked up and returned to our car. Value for money was unbeatable and we will definitely do this again when flying early.

Great of you're on an early morning flight. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport, so you get a little extra time in bed. Car park is secure.

A well located hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Would use it again

Used hotel for one night with 15 nights parking included. Hotel room was good and the bed comfortable giving a good nights sleep. Unfortunately due to time constraints we were unable to use the leisure facilities. The restaurant was busy so we decided to have a bar meal that was slightly expensive but enjoyable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices to suit everybody's taste. The transfer to the airport was on time and took less than 10 minutes and the return journey took slightly longer due to picking up passengers from another terminal. All in all the hotel was ideal for my needs and would definitely use again if flying from Manchester airport. Would recommend to others as well.

Fast check in. We didn't use hotel restaurant so can't comment on that. Room was clean and comfortable. We had booked transfers to airport for 7.30, car arrived in good time and we got to airport in a matter of minutes. On return we called transfer company and car arrived within 15 minutes. All this for a fantastic price, I would use again and would recommend.

What a great and relaxing start to our holiday. The dinner was fantastic and very reasonably priced. Been able to use the indoor pool and jacuzzi was so enjoyable and really helped us to unwind before flight, the on-site parking although not undercover was only accessible through secured barriers and there seemed to be plenty of security cameras about. The transfers at 4am were via a minibus and took us right up to the check-in area the ride back to the hotel was by car, great service thanks.
