Clean, tidy, convenient, was waiting quiet a while for the shuttle bus from the airport but all in all everything was fine and i would have no problem in staying there again

Hotel was very nice and comfortable, transfer service was very good, the return of our car was a bit of a disaster as we had to wait an hour and a half for our car, as we had a 4 hour drive ahead we had hoped our car would be there on arrival as stated, only reason given was that the roads were busy which was a bit a lame excuse

when we arrived they had double booked.i was not very happy as it was the start of our holiday,but once the recepionist said they had upgraded us to a suite we were very happy.we would definetly say at the hilton again.

Expected a higher standard for a Hilton Hotel, Large scratch on driver's door when returned home which may have been done in the car park. Restaurant disappointing, expensive and very small portions. Staff very professional, however diplomatically told to take only one desert!

Very good value when booked as a park and fly package. The hotel is on the airport and the car parking and tranfers to ande from airport were excellent. The staff were very helpful. The meal package in the restaurant was very good with a buffet starter and sweet and a choice of main course. The only thing which was very expensive was the cost of drinks. A bottle of wine was about 27 and a glass about 9. However all top class hotels seem to do this. I would book this hotel again as a park and fly package.

The room was sizeable and very comfortable with everything we could ask for. The bathroom was very well appointed although the bath and sink were a bit old, and the sink slightly cracked. That was made up for by the range of washing stuff, towels and general room facilities. Would certainly stay there again.

Arrived to find that check in was 3.00pm, we had thought 2.00pm, so was asked to wait in the bar. However we had to keep going to the reception to ask if a room was available, no-one came to us. Rooms were clean, not particularly spacious but ideal for an overnight stay. However, the prices at the bar and the restaurant were ridiculously high, and we actually walked to Bewleys and had a lovely meal for almost half the price of the Hilton. The only reason we did not stay there was that we got a good deal on the stay and park with the Hilton. Saying that the car service and courtesy bus was excellent and quick. Overall a great stay, but too expensive to dine there.

Arriving back in the UK after along delay at approaching midnight we were informed by a Hilton rep that the hotel was full. We stayed at the Marriot hotel!!!!!!!!!!

The stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. It was easy to get to and the staff were helpful on arrival. The room we stayed in was fabulous and thought that possibly I would have to pay a bit more on morning of departure, but no the money had already come out of my account prior to arrival. The room was spacious and luxurious, I was very impressed. We had a meal in the evening and again everything was superb. I shall definately be booking again prior to going away on holiday this experience took the stress out of driving up on the day of your holiday. I have already recommended this hotel and website to friends and family.

Reception and transfer to Airport were exceptional. We used the park and fly arrangement and found it to be superb, the staff were friendly and efficient. They even directed us expertly to our route home! We found the dining room experience to be disappointing. The meal quality did not match our expectations of a four star hotel for the price we paid. Restaurant ambience was lacking, perhaps the open plan arrangement was not conducive to a quiet, relaxing evening meal.

When we arrived we were told that there had been a flood and they had found a room with another hotel, but we found other staff who confirmed that they had overbooked and there was no flood.

The hotel was easy to find and park, and the room was pleasant and clean. What the hotel lacks a comfortable lounge area. This was restricted to a couple of couches and easy chairs in the lobby area which was also cold. This pretty much means you have to stay in your room or sit at the bar. The bar which is off the lobby within the restaurant, is expensive and the bar staff not particularly friendly. The restaurant itself resembles a motorway service station, albeit a nice one. However, the menu was limited also expensive, prompting us to eat elsewhere. This is where the hotel came up trumps with their concierge service. The reception staff were also helpful, although the arrangement to have us met with our car on return to the UK was not made and we were left standing in the cold for over half an hour.

Although a short overnight stay, I was impressed with the service from start to finish when I collected my car. Excellent value for money. Although I didn't enjoy the pizza on room service, the breakfast was beautiful.

The Hilton at Manchester airport is a great place to stop over. We experience little or no noise from the air traffic and the room was clean and comfortable, meals excellent, varied and very fresh with a chef on hand at breakfast for special requirements. We travelled to manchester to do some shopping in the evening. The hotel arranged for a taxi to come and collect us and we arranged the taxi for the return. The return taxi driver told us that it is a fixed price to the hotel and that it is agreed with the city council. Strange, the taxi cost us more to get to manchester centre than it did for the return journey with the same drop-off points and pick-up points. Having said this, the experience on the whole was excellent.

Staff were very helpful, even when we asked for directions to a local restaurant. We have stayed there previously and would recommend the hotel to anyone. The Gosimply.com deal made the stay very competitive compared to the Hilton's normal prices.

Great hotel next to the airport. Room furnished in contemporary decor. Super breakfast. Parking facilities were good. No hassle. No need to drive to car park. All taken care of. On the way back, similar seemless service. Great value for hassle free holiday.

There was a delay in picking up my car. On return into the UK I telephoned the number given and was directed to wait near Budget care hire and the car would be delivered. After 30 minutes i ran again and was told I should have gone to the Hilton to pick it up. I explained that wasn't the instructions given and eventually the car was delivered to me after almost an hour

The hotel is located really near to the airport and the transfer service to the terminals is very well organised. I had selected a service that meant my car was "re-located" and according to the description a bus service operates every 15 minutes to take you to the car park, I waited 45 minutes and had to phone the company to find out what was happening they told me I must have missed the 3 previous buses!!!??? Other people on the same bus who had been collected said they had been waiting significantly longer than the stated 15 minutes for collection from their terminals. My advice is pay the extra and avoid the bus my suspicion is that the drivers are too busy doing the VIP service to bother with the buses.
