My main concern are: - The area was quite noisy - Not enough chairs for having a short sleep - The wireless network connectivity was really bad - The buffet was limited

Staff were very unfriendly at reception desk. When I asked about using the shower or vegetarian options they just said just look for someone in there. Not a good first impression.

I had a long stop over so decided to spoil myself with the lounge,the best £25 I've ever spent

We had a 7 hour stop over,it was easy to find, it was good to be able to Relax in a cozy environment, the concerns were the children running around and making a lot of noise,other than that the staff were lovely and it was a pleasure to stay there,food and drinks were spot on and we will use this service again.

very relaxing and a good atmosphere, a few more laying down chairs would come in handy

We stayed in the lounge from 1 am to 6 am. Getting in took about 2 minutes staff was very helpful and polite. Foods and drinks were OK wide selection. More beds should be put in the rooms...

The lounge is surprisingly large once you get inside. It is made up of two large echoey halls full of leather seats and only a VERY limited number of reclining lounges. I was there for six hours overnight, so by 3:30 I decided to try and sleep. Everyone had claimed two chairs each and so I did the same. After 45 mins I was woken up because the staff said they needed to put the chairs back in place in time for breakfast. I would seriously recommend they rethink this plan. 4:30 is far too early to wake everyone up just so you can rearrange furniture. I got up and went to have a shower, but the shower rose only sprayed three little erratic bursts that did absolutely nothing and the floor in the bathroom was a bit dirty. A clump of chewing gum was stuck on the floor of the shower. A bit gross! However, people were all quiet and considerate overnight while I was there, so I was pretty thrilled to get to eat yummy food, drink all sorts of yummy drinks and sleep a little bit (unfortunately not as long as I would have liked, but still a bit).

After spending 10 h at a plane it was great to take a shower, got something to eat and to drink. the staff was very friendly, as an alone travelling woman i felt safe and got a little nap. The only improvement that could make the oryx lounge more comfortable are more sleepingchairs, because other travellers reserved some of the chairs with bags.

A female senior travelling alone with a 7 hour wait between flights, I needed a refuge from the crowded airport. The Oryx lounge was the perfect place to stay. There was a wide range of food, salads, rolls, dips, soup, bread etc. and a good choice of cakes to enjoy with the coffee. Juices, soft drink and alcohol also available. There was a very good internet connection which helped to fill in the time. The shower, although the water was a bit cool, was very welcome. Towel is provided on request but take your own toiletries.

It is too busy, service and food is very average .Having said this it was better then sitting around the airport.

The food and drinks were fine but the wifi is not good.Overall worths the money

I thought the lounge was great. Good food and good service. My only suggestion would be to have more chairs that people can lie down in.

This proved much much better than I had expected from Trip Advisor! Excellent fresh food and all drinks, wine spirits beer etc at no extra cost. The lounge was clean, there were reclining beds available and it was a real treat to pass our three hours so comfortably. Expensive but very good value for money in my opinion. Well done guys!!

I was very surprised to see that everything was exactly as described. Especially the free food and drinks were great!

For 6 hours it was a money worth spent on. At least you will get to shower and had some meals which is quite good deal. Will definitely book again if i have more than 3 hours layover in Doha airport.

Lounge is very crowed , food service is poor but at least you are not waiting in the terminal

It is so nice to have such a wonderful place for you to take a rest during your 10 hours waiting inside the airport. There are so many kinds of food, the chairs and table are nice, the layout is good, and with Wifi. If there were more lounge chairs, it would be perfect!

Reservation was done and we had no problems. Maybe for a long stay it would be nice to have more confortable chairs as it is difficult to have a little nap Food was very good lockers were useful

We were 3 women coming from Katmandou With. A night flight. We had 6 hours to wait for our next flight. The lounge Was quite full, and all the long chairs were occupied. There is not enought of them, only 5 or 6. Outside the lounge there is a lot of those long chairs!!!!!!, the lounge is very nice and big. We can Find a quiet place easily. We were near one of the 2 buffets. The good Was very good, plenty of choice, lot of beverage, including, espresso , soft drinks, water, juice. No alcool after 2h00am. In the morning they change the food , from supper to breakfast. You can eat and drink as much as you want. We wanted to take a shower as soon as we arrived....but we had a hard Time to Find 3 towels...one for each of us. We finally found the 3 last towels. After That no more towels until 7h00 in the morning!!!!No shower cap, no shampoo or conditionner. Water Was not hot. Almost cold. But really refreshing and welcome. A lot of computer were available, and there Was wi-fi everywhere. Wi-fi is available outside the lounge too. The lounge is really nice, clean, cosy ambiance. We were pleased With our experience .
