When we arrived we were redirected to another car park which was poorly sign-posted plus the directions given were a little vague. Fotunately we had arrived in good time but anyone arriving late might miss their "gate" unless this problem is addressed.

I was surprise to discover a low cost parking which so close to the airport! Location of the car park is very convenient and easy to find. Shuttle buses are frequent. Nice service. Highly recommended!

Turned up at Low Cost Parking only to be told that as we were returning on 16th Oct., we had to go to Flying Scot Car Park instead. Flying Scot was extremely busy (far too many bookings had been taken for that time and people turning up without prior booking were still being accepted). We had to wait 30 mins. for bus. The staff were doing their best but more parking attendants and buses were needed.

Booking on-line was simple and fuss-free. Check-in was quick and shuttle bus was waiting before we even managed to get the cases out of our boot. Bus arrived within 2 minutes when we arrived back into Edinburgh (actually had been requested by another customer, but total experience was effortless)

Checking in was a bit frantic with people being sent to alternative car park. As we checked in bus arrrived and left empty. Then we waited in the cold for nealry half an hour for it to return.

As above but as we arrived obout an hour earlier than stated the car was not at the door so the lady at the desk took the initiative herself of going into the carpark to bring the car to us without any hesitation so that we could return home earlier.

Easy to book, easy to find,prompt transfers to and from terminal. Would definitely use again.

Second time using this particular Compnay and on both occasions staff were very friendly and helpful. Did not have long to wait for transfers. either going or returning. Definitely value for money

We arrived in plenty of time to find one attendant attending the car park and only one driver driving the shuttle bus. As we arrived at an obviously busy time there was no safe place to leave the car as the guy was unable to keep up with the amount of cars needing parked. We waited 20-30 minutes for the shuttle to return from the terminal, making us very tight for check-in. Upon return we had to retrieve our own car from within the car park and as a flight was delayed we had cars parked infront of ours, while the attendant apologised for this it was rather unprofessional. Fair to say I will not be back.

They were really helpful, dealing with all problems efficiently (I went to the wrong carpark initially but as they were the sister carpark the transferred my booking to there very quickly. My flight was delayed on return and they had no problem with this extra two hours and were very nice about it when I called. Thanks Flying Scot (/LowCost who I was booked with!)

Easy to book on-line. Direction a bit confusing but arrived after asking at another parking site. Transfers very prompt and safely driven. Will use again.

Only one negative comment to make would be the rather grumpy bus driver, very stressed out and quite sharp! Didn't put me up nor down though, I got to and from the airport promptly which is more important....he was maybe just having an off "Tues"day!!!

I found the service very professional and the people very helpful. i will certainly use this car park again.

Going out was fine but returning was less than acceptable. The queueing system at the stance was not clearly marked/ explained which lead to people jumping ahead. On his arrival the bus driver was unsure who to believe and got flustered. He failed to explain that there were three potential drop off points (Low Cost, Flying Scot and Hilton) and as a result we found ourselves at Flying Scot (the first drop off) rather than at Low Cost. After earlier delays on arrival due to several flights arriving at once, it was frustrating that there were further unneccesary delays in collecting our car.

Good travel directions found car park easily. Transfer times to and from airport were good and staff extremely pleasant.
