Transfer from the Car Park to Terminal was quick as was the return pickup. Arriving back at the depot my car was sitting waiting at the front for pickup. Great service would not hesitate in using Low Cost Parking again

Very good service, no frills but also no problems. Quick service at check in, speedy transfers, no delays in return pick up. Car ready, engine running, heater on - especially welcoming having returned from Caribbean and a drop in temperature of 36 degrees! Fill use again.

Very easy to find and convenient. Staff very friendly have to worries about using them.

We were at the airport within 10 mins of arriving at low cost, and picked up ten mins after we called from arrivals. Faultless service will be booking again.

We arrived at 6am and had to wait les than 5 mins for transfer bus. On the return journey we waited a little longer as a number of flights came in together. Overall the service was efficent and value for money

The car park was easy to find, we followed the instructions on the confirmation and our satnav. The whole thing was really easy. We were at the airport within 20 minutes of our arrival to the car park. On the way back my car was prepared, I did not have to go and search for it, I saw it as soon as the shuttle bus entered the car park. THEY EVEN CLEANED MY WINDSCREEN. EXCELLENT SERVICE, THANK YOU!

Found the car park to be in good proximity to Airport, though I believe this may change!If the car park is located further away from the Airport, cost and tranfer times would have to be considered for any future bookings. Overall I found the service friendly ,quick and efficient. Ken Graham

Easy to find parking facility with bus transfer on demand which literally took less than 5mins travel time. Clearly explained directions and instructions making return pick up easy when tired after a long flight. I would use this facility again.

Cheapest on net,great location,hassle free just turn up leave your car at reception and its all taken care for you.

We arrived to park, very easy to drop off keys and a bus was ready and waiting to take us to the airport. On way back just phoned up and a bus was already en route, car was parked at exit waiting for us. Very stress free.

Efficient on the way there, bit disappointed on the return. Waited 15 to 20 minutes for the transfer back to the car park at midnight. Bus took us originally to Flying Scot at the west side of the airport with no explanation as to what was happening. Having the car started and warmed up when we got back to the car park was a nice touch

This was by far the cheapest car park at Edinburgh Airport, so I guess you have to accept that some the customer service may be a bit lacking. Overall the service was good for the money but we did have a twenty minute wait for the tranfer bus at five AM!!

I have used other parks but will no doubt use this site again. It was very easy to find and is so convenient for the airport with no distance for the transfer so no worries about A8 traffic. Transfers were punctual and quick
