The staff were very friendly,we only had to wait 5mins for transfer to airport,and no wait when we came home, the service we recieved for the payment was great. We will use again if we fly from Edinburgh and recommend to anyone

We have used low cost parking before and would definitely use them again, it's a bonus at they really do offer the cheapest price.

Only problem encountered was heavy Friday afternoon rush-hour traffic getting from car park to airport. Really helpful driver used alternative route to avoid busy Newbridge roundabout.

Arrived early in morning and had no issues with drop off or transfer. Return journey was without issue and very efficient. Driver friendly and helpful. Will use again and recommend to friends.

There were no issues on leaving my car on departure but when I arived I called the number for the mini-bus pick up and was told to go to stance 11 and a mini-bus would be there to pick me up within 10 mins, I made my way to the stance and waited 40 mins in -2.5 degrees, after freezing for all this time I went back in to the terminal to phone again and was told a bus was on its way. I made my way to the stance and waited a further 10 mins and when I told the driver I had waited so long for a pick up he replied with attitude 'I havent been away from here for 40 mins' very cheeky. It is not very nice to be a woman, standing alone and in freezing temperatures at 11pm NEVER AGAIN

We arrived home when there was sudden snow. the attendent was very kind and drove my car back to to the doorway to save me walking in the icy snow.

It's hard to get too excited about airport parking but I found "Low Cost Parking Edinburgh" satisfactory. They were polite, swift and the cheapest I came across at that time. Transfer takes five minutes.

The car park was fine but bus transfer was a bit slow and would have been frusrating if in a rush

Ueed the Low Cost Parking for a recent weekend trip and bus was waiting for me both ends and short hop between the carpark and airport was no problem at all. Car was even parked right by bus waiting for me on my return. Would definitely use again.

Parking facilities ok but when arrived at depot, we waited nearly 40mins for bus to take us to airport, and nearly 25 mins when returned home from holiday too but was stated online it'd be on demand and within 8mins. Unlike other car parking places, the staff would turn engine on in car to heat it up for customers on pick up if weather was cold but the staff member never done this so with being very cold for full week away the car wasn't the best to get into when eventually got to car park to pick it up. Unfortunately I don't know if I'd use this service again. Sorry.

Fantastic service.....even jump started my car as battery flat!! Will definitely use again and recommend.

Thanks to FlyingSCot's helpful staff I made it on time for my flight to Paris as I was unable to find Queen Anne Drive in Newbridge and ended up with FlyingScott parking that kindly agreed to take care of my booking and kept my car. Not sure why 48hours parking was charged as 3 days, but anyway..

The transfer to the airport was great, driver helped with bags all good. On the return there was only one small minibus and lots of people with skiing kit. People were getting fractious so we spent an extra £8 on a taxi and beat the rush back to get the car which was waiting for us. Office staff great friendly and helpful. But they need a second or bigger bus we would have had to wait for over 30 minutes.

Overall good experience although car park is a bit out the way but pricing is very competitive. A bit disappointed on return as we had to wait quite a while for pick-up

We parked the car and by the time we took out the luggage and handed the keys, the transfer van was there. The gentleman helped us with our bags. On our return, they had already cleared the car (it was snowing bad over the weekend) and it was ready to go. I''ll totally use this car park for the next time I'm traveling.

We used this service twice in one week. It was excellent value, the staff were very friendly and professional, and they helped out brilliantly when we were stranded in Paris and had to collect our vehicle two days late. Highly recommended. We shall certainly use them again.

I would highly recommend this parking site, easy to find, convenient location. Transfer to airport quick and efficient. On return bus arrived immediately to collect us, transfer was rapid. On arrival at car park car was waiting ready at reception - fantastic service! Will definately use again and would highly recommend. All staff helpful, friendly and efficient.
