Cheap. Easy to book. Finding carpark no problem. Friendly staff, very fast pick up and dropp off, luggage put in back of bus for us. Would reccomend,car ready and waiting on our return.

The transfers were there on both departure andf arrival- i was on the way home with my car 10mins after leaving airpot- Thanks we will def use again.

Everything went smooth, good transfer both ways and a nice price, very close to airport, I would use this park again.

I was reassured about the security of the vehicle due to carrying tools in my van. Secure grounds which was well lit. Very happy with the service.

We travel from Edinburgh and usually use the one right by the airport but as it was Christmas it was expensive so shopped around. We got the best quote from Low Cost Parking & I'm glad we did. We drove in, were dealt with promptly by a very pleasant gentleman at reception while the coach driver waited for us. They parked our car so no hassle at all there (& it was cold) Returning the driver was there within a minute of our call which was great & when we returned out car was there waiting! It was so quick & efficient- best airport parking iv ever used, all the staff were very helpful. We will definitely use Low Cost again & would highly recommend them.

My husband is disabled and found access to the one toilet difficult. Otherwise we shall be very pleased to recommend your services.

As I had the time to spare I saved £20 and accepted the extra 10-15 minutes of transfer time between Ratho and Edin Airport

Turned up to find gates closed and sign to tell us to use other car park near airport which meant more time. When we got there we were told that we were booked at other one, explained we had been there and no one there and no email to I from us of change. Not very happy. On return had to wait longer than expected on bus to return to out car.

I am happy with low cost parking and would go with them again on my next trip

Didn't have to park car and wait for bus. Service at reception and to and from Airport ecellent and best value for money of all car parking.

We normally use a different car park. This one claimed that it took 2 minutes which would make it closer than my usual one. However, I timed it as a 7 minute journey. This is clearly a misleading claim. In addition, despite feeeding my flight details in advance online the reception staff did not have my flight details. I then had to wait while another customer whose details did not appear on the reception computer. I waited over 10 minutes for the bus to leave whilst this was dealt with. On the return trip I phoned to say I had landed. I was told to go to the stand as a bus was loading. No bus was at the stand but one arrived 10 minutes later. Overall it was a disappointing service. I will return to my normal car park.

Great service, When we returned to pick up the car it was midnight and freezing cold, but the car was sitting there started up and thawing out. Nice one!

The service at check in and by bus driver was excellent. Booked this as it stated in information that was 0.91 miles from airport - perhaps as crow flies! But not as a journey. If closeness to airport is important, especially if travelling with children, then this is not the one. Would book again if quick transfer was not essential.

The transfers were reasonably punctual and took few minutes to get to the airport

Excellent value for money - no need to pay for anything more than this, perfectly adequate........will use again.

Directions were clear and easy to follow, parking was no problem, transfer was almost immediate and return was likewise prompt and courteous. Car waiting by reception on return, couldn't fault this at all. Cheap, could be cheaper, but I guess you've got to turn a profit, so no complaints at all!!!

I am confused as to why other comments stated that the carpark was difficult to find? The instructions were 100% accurate. Transfers both ways were very quick and I must say that the drivers were very polite and helpful and the one on the way back from the airport was absolutely hilarious and had great interaction with the people on the coach..... I was appointed as co-driver!! I would definitely recommend this company and will certainly use them again.

We had read previous reviews so had check google maps and therefore found it easily. Freindly and helpful staff, but need to dervise a system that allows the bus to go rather than waiting for those just arriving. we were just about to leave, when a couple arrived we waited fore them, then another couple arrived fortunately enough moans persueded the driver to go. It nice and close to the airport so quick transportation back and forwards. Arrived home in the pouring rain, one phone call and the bus was there within 5 mins of stepping outside. Car was standing right outside the reception, so easy and quick handover and luggage transfer. We'll use them again.

Poor quality cramped vehicles.Dour driver.Long wait at airport.Ladies at reception charming.
