Easy to find, nice staff at the reception, cool drivers, no problem at all, have no clue why some other clients complaints about it, definitely will use in future.

Good efficient and cheap service. Transfers are short and frequent. Friendly staff.

Always curteous and pleasant customer service, and punctual on transfers. On one occasion my battery was flat, and they had my car running on my return with no hassle. I always use this service when flying from Edinburgh Airport.

The location is a little off the beaten track but once found it is fine and service was really good. Will definitely use them again!

Driver drove like he was in a get away vehicle in a bank robbery! The foot was down to the floor the whole way regardless of pot holes or speed bumps. I did not feel safe at all

Wee bit difficult to find the first time used. Now it is only a few minutes further from airport and great value. Recommend.

Go prepared with directions, have a bit of extra time on your hand. Hassle free, quick transfer. The coach has to take the motorway before reaching the airport, and that might become an issue depending on the time of the day. It is not far or unreachable, but no one should expect others to make up for your shortage of time if one can not respect it oneself. Overall...great experience for me.

Previous time I used the company, I had slight difficulty in finding the place but no problem this time. If using the service for the first time allow yourself plenty of time.

after telephoning to say we were ready to get bus,it took about 30 minutes for bus to arrive to take us to car park ,too many people were waiting by this time and the lady driver had to call for another bus.

Very good service and quick transfer. As others have said, lack of signage from the main road, but instructions were clear.

The car park charged me £35 for a valet. Worst valet service I have ever received - I reckon the responsible person took the car to a car wash and paid £1.50 for a wash and put 2 20ps in the vacume machine. Have now failed unsuccesfully for over a week to get anyone to respond to my complaint. Shocking service

Very good value for money. Staff helpful, transfers excellent and premises look very good. Only downside was getting to car park is very difficult as Sat nav not capable to get you direct to site. Had to ask for directions once we were near the location.

The only drawback was lack of signs when you come off the road at Ratho. After looking at reviews we checked it out beforehand or we wood have been struggling to find it.

the only point I can make is that when we were following the directions on the one coming from mcdonalds we were looking for a road but couldn't find it as it doesn't mention a link road in between so making the directions clearer as we don't know that area and took a while to find

Driver on return journey was not the most curteous he could have caused a road rage incident

Bit away from the airport and not the easiest to find. Excellent shuttle facilities. Courtesy phone was a little difficult to find on the way back. Altogether excellent value for money. Now we know where everyting is will definetly book again!

I had mistakenly only booked for the weekend instead of the week however nothing was a hassle and the attendant advised me it could be sorted on my return. On return it was seamless and service was fantastic.

Easy to book on-line, instructions on finding place great, overall would def book use company again.
