The directions to the car park were difficult to follow. We ran it close only by asking for directions at the Shell garage who said that many people seemed to be getting lost.

Friendly and efficient staff. easy access to facility and prompt service on our return. My only negative comment was that we thought we had booked Flying Scot - the main car park closest to the airport, and arrived there first to find out we were at the wrong location - it isn't made clear when booking.

In your directions I got from the internet, it reads "second on the right" when you come of the main road. This is an incorrect description and what you actually mean is -"First left and then left again". WE ended up further up the hill past everything. Please amend this. Otherwise all is very well with this site and I would use it again now that Iknow where it is.

Unfortunately, they lost my car key. However, I was provided with a car to get me home and back again with my spare key.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly on arrival. Transfer to and from airport were both quick with no delays. Whilst further away from the airport than other parking, it only takes just over 5 minutes to transfer. Check directions to car park before journey - we didn't and went the long way round!! Would certainly use again.

Everything worked except that we couldn't find the car park (no signs) so we had to drive around for over half an hour and ask a lot of people.

i had a great experience. my only complaint is too bad the council took down their direction sign where the GPS point to with their Postcode. so it took me a while to find the place! but everything else was perfect. staff would even pump up your type for you while you are away. it is very close to the airport as well

Good experience overall. The driver was very prompt and very friendly. The reception staff were efficent and friendly also. Would definately use again. The only down side would be the directions, I think there should be clearer signs. Thank You

A bit of a wait for transport to the airport, as I was told driver was on his way and be there in 2 minutes. It was 6 or 7 minutes. Overall a pleasant experience for both to and from the airport terminal.

Excellent parking facility, car parked and brought back for you, no need to remember where. Location can be difficult to find, and is 10-15min from airport, allow time before flight to find the carpark, and after flight for transfer. Perfectly safe and friendly.

Had a slight problem finding the site but after that the service was excellent.

Signage to find the card park is poor around the industrial estate it is based on. We returned to large queues waiting for transfer and some vans were only doing the closer car park which was infuriating. It was cheap - the experience was pretty cheap too... In saying that with the above in mind I may use the car park again... But then I now know where it is!

Did get lost trying to find it with the directions that were given but got there eventually. Would have helped to mention the little village that it is right next to. But would definitely use it again!! :O)

On arrival at the car park in the early morning our car was quickly taken away leaving us in the rain. When the bus arrived although we were first to arrive at the park we were last to get on the bus. The driver put too many people and cases on bus and we were offloaded again. He put cases back on bus and still not enough seats for all the people. In the end 2 people were sitting on the floor as not enough seats and noone was getting off bus again to wait on next one. The only sensible person was the driver who picked us up after our holiday, he seemed to know what he was doing.

We were travelling early in the morning and were delighted tofind the car was expected(in the past other places did not have our details.The receptionist was very helpful. the transfer coach arrived almost immediately.On our return the transfer coach arrived very quickly and our car was ready to collect. Thanks for a very pleasant experience.

Good service, fast pick up and car already parked at reception when we arrived!

drop your cases at airport first saves a lot of hassle then only drier has to go to parking lot

On returning from holiday we collected our luggage and phoned for pick up. We made our way to the designated stop to be told the minibus was full and there wasn't another on the way we'd have to wait for the driver to take the passengers to car park and then come back for us. It was pouring rain 1.30am and we had a 4 hr journey ahead of us. We got a taxi to the depot where the driver was still unloading luggage, had to queue for keys to car and then look for it. The staff on duty whilst checking in we're more than helpful but not the staff on return. It was obvious 1 minibus was not adequate to accommodate the number of passengers, this should surely have been addressed at the time. We worked out by getting the taxi we were 20 mins into our long drive home than having to wait in the pouring rain for the bus to come back for us. Poor service will definitely not use again no apology for being left.
