we were slightly apprehensive about booking with low cost after reading the reviews particularly about finding the car park but to our delight we had no problem at all found it first time with the directions from the website. We were absolutely delighted with the service we received. No waiting around, very quick transfer to the airport and we were picked up within 5 minutes on our return. I would not hesitate to recommend Low Cost Parking.

The car park was a bit difficult to find as I have used it the first time. Could be useful to give directions with the help of a map! Other that that really good experience and will use it again.

Very well organised,very pleasant receptionist and drivers. Will use this company again and recommend.

Arrived Harvest Rd.Did not see Low Cost -asked 3 different people who did not know what I was talkinfg about - One sent me to Park & Safe site.I had to return to Harvest Rd again and this time I took a left turn and saw a street vendor who eventually told me that there was a parking site at the end of the Road - Flying Scot - on entering there was a Low Cost Sign. This whole escapade in trying to find the Low cost parking site took 3/4 of an hour.Unbelievable!!!!!As stated above the staff and service at site were very good.

Great value for money, fast transfer to the airport, felt very secure in leaving my car with them, would definitely recommend them to anyone flying from Edinburgh and 100% use them again

All round very pleased with the parking. Car sitting ready to go once we arrived back at the parking area. Would use again.

I would certainly use Low Cost Parking Edinburgh again. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent and there was no waiting around at the office to leave or pick up my car.

Highly recommend the staff could not do more to please us. Excellent facilities and quick transfers.

Has used multiple times at previous location but due to new site being much further from airport and on other side of road adds to stress levels for timing if traffic bad.

If you put the postcode provided into your satnav, it pinpoints a spot several hundred yards from the actual car park. You need to drive along Queen Anne Drive right to the end to find the car park. The owners would do themselves a favour if they uploaded their actual position to Google maps.

Check in at car park very swift, on our return though (at 23.30) we waited over 40 mins to be picked up at airport. We called 3 times before bus arrived. This was not acceptable in the cold and rain with 3 infants. Won't use car park again .

I was not happy that a minibus drove away when we arrived at the LowCost bus stop at airport for return journey, even though driver saw us and acknowledged that we were also waiting. The wait for the next bus was very short so no concerns and this driver was more pleasant - his explaination was that can't pull back into the parking bay having reversed - this does not make sence to me and if it is the case, then car park users should be advised as at the end of a holiday everyone is already tired and frustrated with the entire process so having a driver drive off with no explanation when you know he has seen you, is extremeny annoying. Other wise very prompt, efficient but expensive, for what it is

Previous reviews had warned about finding the location and I can see why. However, I did find it ok, although I did think I'd gone wrong along the way. You just need to persevere once you tun left at Ratho Station!

One small issue, the coach transfer driver on the morning of departure, came into the office and grabbed my keys to move the car. He did not ask politely and was a little bit agressive about the whole thing when I said what are you doing. Also a bit curt when i opened the door and put the luggae in the bus, as he messed around with cars and we stood in the cold. I know he may have been tired after a night shift (it was 4 am) but his manner and attitude was not pleasant. lady in the office was excellent and no problems with the staff on the return transfer all very nice.

I was shifted company, but the whole shift was done very efficiently and the change was of at least equivelent (possibily) higher standard.

This service was good apart from the initial problem of trying to find the car parking area.Better ,clearer instructions on finding the car park could have saved me fifteen mins.

i am regular customer of Low Cost Parking Edinburgh and i am always satisfied. Its near the airport and easy to find. There is never long wait for Shuttle bus. I do recommend it to everyone.

Had a major problem in finding the car park as all the signs for it had been removed. We wasted about half an hour before our flight looking for the correct Car Park. Even the office next to the Car Park office did not know where it was! Once we found the office everything went smoothly including the return to our car on return home. If the Car Park is more clearly displayed then I would have no problem in recommending this Car Park to other travellers.
