Exactly what it said on the web, it's easy to use, staff are very friendly and the shuttle service was ideal - minimal waiting time and car was ready for collection just to go. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The carpark is operated by Flying Scot. Airport transfers go via the Flying Scot carpark, but this only adds about 2min onto the transfer time. Our flight back to Edi was delayed several hours due to storm, but this didn't cause any problems with our car pickup.

Everything worked as it should, though the pickup from the airport was a bit on the slow side. Maybe we just missed a bus and had to wait a complete cycle till the next.

Cheerfull and helpfull staff. Transfers were excellent only took a matter of minutes. Staff willing to help load luggage and full of chat. You won't go wrong here have used it several times and will continue to do so! Value for money ? Hey we all want things cheaper don't we ? :-)

Everything went very well. The drop off and pick up could not have been speedier. Really impressed that when we got to car it was already running as it was very frozen. Helped a great deal to get windscreen defrosted. Thanks.

Really good value for money, didnt have to fill out loads of forms on arrival which iv had to do at some places. Transfer to and from airport was quick and staff friendly. Will use again!!

Only slight snag was when using courtesy phone on return. It took a while to realise that the hash key had to be dialled before the number. I am used to the hash symbol being the symbol to introduce a number - silly me!

Normally use this carpark but did try another, situated adjacent, only once because it was cheaper at the time and never again. Have reverted to low cost where you always get the same good standards

Excellent car park, no hassles, very close to airport, will use again.

This was the first time i have used low cost parking, saving the pennies. A welcoming smile and chat from the guy and girl service attendants at 6 in the morning cost nothing. Thanks again.

easy to find and use,only minutes in the place , then onother minute on the bus then your at the airport

We couldn't fault the service at all. Very efficient and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Made a last minute booking to park for one night. Great directions avalible on the website. Drove in and a member of staff attending to an already parked car looked up to see us parking gave a disgusted look, rolled her eyes, shook her head and flounced off. Not ideal customer service and a poor first impression! Spoke to another member of staff at reception when handing keys over. Was told the rude staff member was 'always like that'. Hardly ideal when so many unemployed would give their arm for the job. Transfers were straight forward and friendly. Pick up on our return was just as easy. Collecting keys and car no issue. Super easy. We didn't get the best deal as we booked so late but 24 hours for £13.99 wasn't drastic by any means! The ease of getting to and from the airport (even when we had cut our arrival a bit tight for the flight!) is what really made this service. The ease would make me recommend it even if the customer service left something to be desired!

Lived up to the advert - efficient,pleasant and reliable. Office and transfer staff were excellent.Definitely on my list for the next time I need to fly from Edinburgh.Pity you couldn't turn the rain off on our outward journey!

when we arrived we got on bus to airport straight away when we came back home we only had to wait a few minutes on bus coming for us. the driver put all our lugguage on the bus he was very friendly and helpfull.

all was as promised - map got us straight there, bus collected us within 2 minutes, straight to terminal. on return bus was waiting, took us straight to our car which was right beside drop off area. staff were friendly and helped with bags/cases. very pleased, would recommend and use again.

We had no problems finding the car park - the directions you gave us were very clear. We were attended to immediately and taken quickly to the airport. When we returned, the minibus came extremely quickly, and was waiting for us at the stop. The service was excellent, and very good value.
