The staff were not helpful. They never completed the car condition form on collecting the vehicle. On our return the we waited too long and I had to phone twice to get the vehicle returned to me and with temperatures of minus 6 this was inconvenient. The driver never apologised for the delay.

We are so pleased we booked with gosimply.com. The driver was there as soon as we arrived at the airport to take the car away and was waiting outsode when we got back. As it was snowing when we returned we were really pleased to see the car and driver waiting and the car was nice and warm when we got in. It really couldn't have been any easier. To top it off we received great service from the friendly driver. Thank you very much, we will definately book again and recommend you to friends.

Professional service for little more than normal parking. Pull into the $1 drop off zone for the meet and greet.

although we were delayed by almost 24 hours the company did not charge and the service was exemplary.
