Not only very friendly and efficient but had cars running and warming on a very late wintery night. Over and beyond the usual service recieved from other car parking services. Will definitely be using again.

Everything went smoothly. On our return, at midnight in a very cold February, the car engine was already running with the inside temperature set to 29C, which is over the top and wasteful of fuel, but everything else was fine.

We arrived in thick snow in the early hours of the morning and returned a week later late at night to a very heavy frost. There were obviously delays because of he weather but we were kept informed of where the coach was and possible delay. On our return the car was defrosted and warm waiting for us to just drive away. Would certainly use Paige Parking again.

We found the staff very helpful and friendly. They provided my daughter and family, who travelled separately, with refreshments as we were late arriving. The staff loaded all our luggage for us and on our return were prompt at getting to the airport to pick us up. It was very good value for money. We were very satisfied.

Web site said transfers every 10-15 minutes just missed minibus on arriving and had to wait nearly 25 minutes for it to return and then depart. The speed round the corners was excessive when in the minibus. Return leg the minibus driver used his mobile (Not hands free, had his handset to his ear with one hand) whilst driving at 50mph to receive call about his next pick up from Paige. Upon picking up my car it was covered in mud down the sides and rear, complained as only had it washed day before going to the airport. Had to wait whilst an attempt was made to remove the mud. They maybe cheap but I wouldn't recommend this company.

we arrived a bit early due to bad weather & were greeted by a freindly assistant who asked us into the office to sort the booking in of our car. Tea,coffee & cold drinks were available & very welcome. Our luggage was loaded directly into the minibus from the boot of our car. The driver gave us clear instructions about our return journey. The return journey was as hassle free as the outbound one. A very nice way to start a holiday & a company I would recommend 100%

The car park was easy to find. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly member of staff and invited inside as it was very cold. We were offered drink and comfy seating and were informed on the transfer time. The transfer van is a little smelly, but not bad at all. The driver dropped us off and showed us where he would collect us. On return we rang the number provided and the driver arrived within 5 minutes. Excellent, many thanks!

very comfortable start to the holiday. will be using again later this year and hopefully next January for our winter break. very good value as we were away for 5 weeks.

From my arrival at the base I was met by friendly and helpful staff who provided a personal service. I have used many other car parks at various UK airports and must say that this experience was without doubt one of the best
