Well, the service was good, drivers were helpful, receptionist was ever so friendly so at present time everything seems fine and let's hope that the standards are kept intact for the future.

I found the whole service of Paige Airport Parking excellent and would definitely recommend it to everyone else and next time I am flying from Luton will be contacting Paige for a quote. Their prices were competitive too.

Really pleased with the service provided. Arrived and parked the car outside the office. Within 5 mins we left for the airport, our bags and buggy having been loaded. On the return the bus arrived at the pick up as we did, and as the other people were delayed the driver took us straight back-we were grateful as we had our young daughter with us. Will definitely use again!

Slightly cheaper than the more well known competition. Staff were extremely friendly and transportation to and from the airport was good. Would definitely use Paige again, a very happy customer.

It is the first time we have used Paige Parking. The facilities are fairly basic but the transfers went well and the staff were friendly. The car was moved near to the coach drop off point prior to our return so there was no need to go hunting for the car when we got back in the early hours of Sunday morning. We would use Paige Airport parking again for future trips from Luton Airport.

Found the service good value for money and the staff very courteous and efficient. Transfers were excellent both ways and my car was ready for pick up on arrival.

Cofffee & biscuits on arrival. Dropped off just minutes from departures at airport. When we came home, quick phone call and mini bus arrived within 10 mins

Brilliant, pulled up at Airparks next door by mistake and they were rude and sent us next door, Paige were great, friendly, had coffee/tea facilities, a warm cabin with telly and a friendly driver, called them when we arrived back in the country and they were very quick at picking up, everyone was still waiting for other drivers and we were of, great service, thanks Paige!

I won't hesitate to use Paige again whenever I fly from Luton. The staff were friendly & helpful and the transfers first-rate. When we arrived on departure day, there was no delay in checking in. Similarly, when we arrived back at the car park on the return trip, we were handed the car keys immediately, without having to queue at reception. Overall, a totally stress-free experience.

I arrived late at the car park, due to sat nav!Yes we have been warned about this, but I have been to this parking area before, and have not experienced this problem. Anyway, a member of the staff- a gentleman seemed to understand my delemma, and phoned the driver of the transfer who at this time was at the Airport,and explained my situation. The driver said that he would do his best to get back quyickly as possible- well, he did, and with 3 other passengers drove us back to the Airport. I was very impressed with both members of the staff and the concern they showed. I really appreciated their help with my dilemma, and am very grateful to them. Thank you.

Everything about the experience was first class and extremely good value when compared to other operators.

Great price, excellent, friendly staff, didn't have to wait very long at all for either transfer, I came back twelve hours earlier than expected and it wasn't a problem at all. Would definitely use Paige again.

A good experience, staff were very customer service orientated. A drink offered on arrival, very friendly. Mini bus for transfer and help with luggage. A slight hiccup on return in the early hours when I rang after clearing baggage and the man said he would ring me back in two minutes, but forgot, I had to ring again. He did apologise however, so minor moan really. Altogether a good, value for money experience with excellent customer service.
