Very pleased with them drop off was easy and fast the same as the pick up

Good service on arrival. But had to wait 30 min on arrival as coach broke down. Difficulty getting through on phone as well. Staff were very polite and sorry.

Checking in was easy with the courteous staff, with instructions for return clearly explained. Short distance from M1 and airport so easy to find, while transfers pretty punctual (albeit in minibuses as opposed to coaches), they will give you an ETA when you ring in the terminal to try to avoid getting unnecessarily wet. Parking area is course gravel which isn't a problem, as staff park and collect car for you, but watch out for potholes at the entrance. One minor gripe is a slight lack of space for people and luggage while waiting for transfer to the airport. All in all excellent value and would definitely use again.

It is a good service, the staff was helpful and friendly (perhaps the driver on the way back could communicate a bit better but nobody is perfect). It is quite dark at night time and it is quite difficult to drag suitcase on gravel but this are the minor things. Overall very good service

Great service. Good price. Short distance from the airport. The only downsite is the parking surface. The small stones are uncomfortable when handling luggage. I would definetely recommend.

Hi, just returned from Luton Airport using Paige Airport Parking. From the start of our holiday to the return, Paige were very professional in there manner and i would highly recommend them for the great customer service

Office staff welcoming and friendly. One of the transfer drivers could show more interest in the customer; perhaps he was having an off day - we all do! Gravel surface in the car park is difficult to negotiate with heavy bags where luggage is wheeled.

Easy to use. Quick transfers and no messing about when dropping off or picking up the car.

Prompt delivery and pick up to and from airport, secure site, no loo on site.

Shuttle services and the bus drivers were fine both ways to the airport and back. The lady on reception on the afternoon was helpful and friendly. Wish I could say the same about their evening receptionist. No lights at the car park, so pretty much struggled to find my vehicle, especially as it was not where I have been told to look for it, plus the evening service staff did not seem to worry too much about helping me. All in all feel a bit let down, but at least saved a bit of money as it was £15 cheaper then anywhere else. I've been told it's a new company and certainly it feels like one too. These issues probably will be addressed soon. Almost forgot to mention that their waiting area is probably the best one so far that I have seen.

It was a very good experience. The staff met me in a very friendly maner, even if it was 7 in the morning. For sure I will go there next time also.

We booked our airport parking very late this year and was amazed to find gosimply.com had the best deal at half the price of the competition. The booking process was very quick, simple and straight-forward. The parking service was excellent and we'll definitely be using gosimply.com again.

We had a nightmare on the M25-basically crawled for 10 miles then sat stationary for 45mins - clock was ticking and we didnt think we would make the flights! I rang Paige and the lady was really helpfull and sympathetic and was able to advise when our latest arrival at Paige would be to ensure we got the airport in time. Thankfully we made it by the skin of our teeth. The only gripe was we got back to pick the car up at 12.45am and the chap said the car was on the left, front or second row, it was dark and we continued to look then we spotted it on the rght hand side!. More lighting would be good. Definatly use them again if travelling from Luton

At the beginnig I was doubting whether to book the parking service outside of the airport teritory (never used it before) - although, it was cheaper option, it was also a bit further, but after using the service, I was really positively surprised! It did not make make me loose any additional time, customer service was really good, pick-up/ drop-off very well organized and on time, they had all my details ready when I arrived, a good value for money: I saved 50% compared to airport parking prices. Although, I missed a shuttle on the way back, I did not need to wait more that 10 minutes for other to come back. Overall - I would definately use this service again.

Great product and would definitely use again but perhaps leave a tad more time to account for potential wait at car park going to airport
