We're totally satisfied with their service. No hidden fees, no extra time waiting for the "shuttle" to the airport. Free refreshing drinks on site, a pleasant surprise. Flexible transfer on the way back, even though our flight was late one hour. We'll chose them again!

the whole experience from arriving at the parking to picking the car back up after our trip was stress free which we needed with a 3 month old baby. i wish to thank all involved for this pleasent experience.

It was easy and very nice service and communication once I've got there. The satnav took me twice on the motorway :-)). I didn't enjoy the wait at the airport on the way back, as I was late for work, but all the services where nicely delivered. Thank you

The sign posts were particularly good and I had no trouble getting there and back. The staff were friendly and helpful. Super as I was travelling alone. Cost brilliant too.

Easy to find and transfers were very quick. Also, they offer a coffee - much appreciated.

We had a hassle free pick up and drop off. My only concern when we return to the car it was covered with a thick layer of dust.

The staff at the reception and the drivers were very friendly and professional. Very quick transfer from and to the Airport. Good value for money. I will book again.

Overall ok though the wait for the transfer was quite long - one of them was 30min.

This is probably the 4th time I have used Paige and although in this instance was not the cheapest price past experience made me book with them.I have already booked again for May and probably again in October.Their service is second to none.

The service was surprisingly great. They were prompt on dropping me off and was there to pick me up as soon as I cleared customs. I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended.

Bad experience with my SatNav, even though the car is an upmarket BMW, for it guided me along country roads to destination. Stick with Page's recommendation, rather than your in car guidance system.

Good value for money helpful driver on transfer. friendly staff helpful worth using you are a person and not a invoice like some car parking companies think

Everything about the parking experience was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The waiting area was warm and had complimentary tea and coffee though only used very briefly on the return journey. The tranfers were very efficient and there was no waiting at all on the outward journey. When I phoned to say we were through customs I was told when the minibus would arrive and it did so promptly. We were the only people in this and noted that the bus for a competitor was extremely full so no doubt there would have been a delay in collecting the keys. We would certainly use Paige Parking in preference to any of the other companies which operate near Luton Airport.
