I was blown away by the first-class service offered by Paige, and was very impressed by their efficient operation. The car park is well-covered by floodlights and CCTV so security is not an issue. Both the receptionist and minibus driver were delightful on both legs of our journey, I had forgotten what real customer service felt like! Would use again - 10/10.

Last time I used Paige the experience was "excellent". This time "good" but was not entirely happy with the telephone conversation advising of my need for a pick up or the length of time waiting for the mini-bus: What should be my expectation? Would it be better that I remain in the terminal until I receive a confirmation that the mini-bus is on its way? Wold it be better to immplement a formal (timed) pick up schedule (say every 20 minutes)? I do however like Paige and will continue to use your service!

Good for us as they are on the M1 side of the airport , easy to find and not much hanging around both on departure and arrival, quite happy , the staff toilet was clean too !

I have flown out of Luton a few times and with Paige's latest unbeatable price through a search engine, I could not turn it down. It took the hassle out of my U.K journey. Very pleased with their service and would definitely use them again.

Always use this car park, very friendly and helpful and miles cheaper than the closer ones, transfers are on demand so no waiting around, very good service.

The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Extremely efficient service and our arrival home could not have been more easily handled - just a quick call and the courtesy bus was with us in 15 minutes.

Parking with Paige Parking cost less than in the other car parks. I sent a text because a delayed flight meant that I couldn't collect my car for a further 2 days. I was assured that this wasn't a problem and was told the price of the extra 2 days parking. Thanks.

Professional & quick checkin. Very polite receptionist, very quick transfer to airport, and on the return the bus was waiting for us in the drop off area. Could not be better.

Excellent night staff - poorly supported by the company..! Vehicle was not ready on our return (still parked out in the darkness of the main site!), and company had no provision to jump-start the flat battery (new this year so AA said something left switched on?). To-date the Company has failed to acknowledge my letter of 30th September - despite it praising their night staff for looking after us until the AA arrived.

Good value, friendly, helpful staff, waited less than 5 mins for transfers both ways.

Easy to follow instructions to locate the carparking. Offered a well needed coffee after a long journey which was much appreciated. Not long to wait before we were on the road to the airport and our car was parked up for us. On our return we were quickly shown to our car to start our long drive home. Would definitely use Paige Parking again.

Within 10 minutes of arriving was on bus to airport, on our return called the offie and the bus was there in minutes great service great price

This is the second time we have used Paiges and is one I would recommend. The transfer to the airport was on time and on our return I was informed the mini - bus had just left but she rang the driver who returned for us. An excellent service.

Used Paige airport parking for a 14 days trip. The car park was easy to find, staff very helpfull and friendly even at that late time in the night, the drivers did not moaned that my luggage was very heavy when they loaded it in, the collection to and from the airport were fast and with no delay. The only negative is that the parking needs a bit more lighting especially for the rows where the cars are collected from. Overall a very good experience, with good value for money, it costed cheaper than if I was paying somebody two trips to the airport. Will use Paige airport parking again at that price and service.

Drivers very friendly, had to wait a while for pick up but think that was because we had just missed a bus. Great airport to fly from and really good service. Will use this service again in future!!
