Everything was made easy and there were no problems. It was definitely good value for money compared to other Airport Parking. We would certainly use them again. No complaints whatsoever.

Convenient as we know Slip End, especially in the dark hours! Everything else as stated and good value. The bus stop for collection could be improved for weather resistence when you have to wait, but its only for 10-15mins

Driver was very helpful and friendly. Reception staff polite informative and chatty. Great experience will 100% use in future.

My wife and I were disappointed that the bus did not wait for us at the expected time - perhaps it was bad luck. We had to wait 25 minutes before collection from airport.

Everything went smoothly. Not a hitch, problem or delay. Maybe check at the office to be sure where to meet the bus for the return journey, but if you don't, checking for directions by phone worked for me. Its easy to recommend this service.

Paige parking is a few minutes drive from Luton Airport. I found it easy to find. Just after I checked in at the car park I was taken to the airport. When I return from my holiday I called the number as requested and when I went to the collection point the bus was there waiting for me. I would certainly use Paige Parking again. I found all the staff courteous, pleasant and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paige Parking. I hope they will continue with the best prices and good service.

A friendly and prompt service. I was running a bit late and was whisked to the airport immediately. Unlike nearby Airparks they offer an on-demand shuttle service - no need to wait for the every 20 mins (and often crowded) bus. They're a bit cheaper too and I think a better bet.

4am arrival with quick handover of car and transport to the airport. Asked to retain a handy card which gives a number to call on return at arrivals so that by the time I picked up my luggage transport was only minutes away to return me to my car. Very efficient and friendly, will use again.

good signage from the motorway stub roundabout. Prompt minibus to the airport and dropped as close as you can reasonably get. Phoned when we were getting our bags in reclaim and the bus was waiting for us. Car lined up ready for us to drive away in carpark. you are close to the Motorway so no reason to go nearer the airport when there is a minibus to take you

The parking is conveniently located just off the M1, making it easy to get to even if you're from a long way away. Its well signposted too, which was a bonus for me as my sat nav decided to abandon me. The facilities are secure, staff are friendly and helpful and the transfer to the airport was swift. Make sure you allow around 30 minutes to get to the airport, as if the bus has just left there can be a little wait for it to come back. Pick up was excellent. Called Paige from the terminal and they were in the bus pick up area within 10 - 15 minutes. All in all great value for money, will be using again.

I was very pleased with the service provided. Flexible and at a reasonable price. Will use it again for sure and also would recommend it.

My flight was delayed by over two hours however I was not charged extra for collecting my car late. upon arrival we were collected promptly once I called the office to say that we had arrived. the parking is not too far from the airport, about a ten minute drive. there was plenty of space on the minibus and it was clean. I would definitely use there service again.

Very efficient, easy, great customer service friendly so much better then any other airport parking I've used previously would defintly use again and highly recommend to others
