Transfer to Luton was nothing I can complain about. I parked for about the week (also it was last minute booking) and paid £38 which is a bit expensive to me but hey, round the corner ;) Everything went smooth and easy. Pick up was also very quick so I will use their service in the near future.

I was a little worried about using PP after having read the very small amount of negative reviews. Pointless worrying, the service was second to none, and I will be using PP from now on.

It was my first time using airport parking service and I will definitely use it again. I was a bit worried about giving myself plenty of time before my flight and ended up at their yard 2 hours earlier (btw, I could not find the way but I called them on the number provided and the gentleman picked up quickly and helped me round). They did not make any issues, collected my car and drove me to the airport with their car. The process did not take more than 10 minutes. Quick and easy. The yard is literally 3 minutes away from the airport. On my way back, they came to pick me up within 5 minutes I called. The car was ready (in the exact condition I left it) and I was good to go. I would definitely recommend pink pig parking and will use it again.

We booked the parking at the last moment before our travel, the were fast and prompt and ready for us to drop us at Luton airport. On coming back, our car wouldn't start, and the two staff members were so concerned in trying to help us and spent significant amount of effort until our car was back to life! Thank you!

We stayed the night before at the Holiday Inn near the airport so we dropped car directly to the parking facility the night before our flight so we did not use the transfer shuttle service. No problem dropping the car off at their HQ. Pink Pig answered the phone promptly every time and on our return we were waiting less than 5 mins for the shuttle bus to pick us up. We found it difficult to find the pick up point as it is harder to see bus stop numbers in the distance. A small map of the bus stops on the confirmation sheet would be helpful. Bus stop 12 and 14 is not one of the immediately visible bus stops and you need to walk past a few and cross a road first. The transfer shuttle bus took less than 5 mins and the car was waiting for us. Staff very friendly and vehicle clean and spacious.

Brilliant, and for me it was less than £25 for four nights meter and greet, whereas majority would charge over £30. Very close to airport so you're barely in the taxi!

Service was great. Rang 10mins before arrived. Staff were very friendly & got taken straight to the airport. Return pick up was also good, rang after case came out & they were there to pick me up in 10mins. Will definately use them again. Very close to airport too. Regards Monique

We were left waiting in the rain for 25 minutes after being told the shuttle would pick us up in 10 minutes.

Close to airport. Friendly and prompt pick up from airport on middle of night return. Car was looked after. As good as meet and greet.

Flight arrived late, 2.30 AM, but pink pig was there waiting, they also made a courtesy call to us...kept us in the loop; excellent service, easy to find, nice people to do business with...will certainly use again...thanks Pink Pig.

Very satisfied with the service, have used Pink Pig before and would definitely recommend. No driving around looking for a space just drop the car off, pick it up, couldn't be easier.

Once you have found the place (directions the only thing requiring some attention) the location is close to the airport, the transfers are immediate and when you get back your car is waiting for you. This is much better service than expected, full marks! No waiting for busses, no miles away form the airport and if you are running late they ring you! Excellent.

i was a lady traveling alone i found the response of collection excellent i found them as i landed and they were there within 3 minutes taken swiftly back to the car park to get my car not waiting for any other passengers and home in good time i have used pink pig before and the service was equally as good thank you to the staff of pink pig

It was 4 in the morning so the guy was not really chatty!! Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. Transfers to and from the airport were very speedy and comfortable. All in all an excellent service - would definitely recommend and use again

The car park is very near the airport which means the transfer is very quick - almost as quick as leaving the car in the short term car park. The shuttle was immediate from the car park to the airport and was waiting for me on the return journey. I was impressed by the efficiency of the service all round.
