We arrived late to the car park but the staff were friendly and gad no trouble laying on extra transport for us very pleasnt experence

The service was efficient with no waiting and is very close to airport so transfer was quick.

Close to airport, only took a few minutes. Staff noticed we had left our interior light on and switched it off for us to avoid our battery going flat.

Good parking on the proper side of the high way eg. close to the airport, friendly service, good quality quick pick up and drop, nothing I can complain about really. I got late by couple of hourse and no consequances for that. All this make me comeback to them.

The lady and gentleman on Arrival where friendly and helpful and afficiant , the two men on collection where rude infront of other customers to myself and my daughter and made me apologise to the other customers as I was a few minutes late to a baggage situation and the driver didn't stop making digs until getting to the car park collection office , which was very intimidating and rude , so I will not be using the service again

Pink Pig was waiting for me when I arrived and the car check in process took less than 5 minutes. Within another 5 we were being dropped off at Luton Airport. When arriving back in the UK, one quick call and again we had to wait no more than 5 minutes for the courtesy bus and were on our way home in no time at all.

They were one of the best priced as well as being very close to the terminal. No waiting for the transfers; on the return journey they called me before we'd left passport control & were waiting at the pickup before we walked halfway. Highly recommended.

Very easy to find. Arrived and parked the car, greeted by a friendly guy,transferred by minibus straight to the airport which is only a couple of minutes away. Arrived back from holiday and they were there waiting for us to take us back to the car which had been cleaned and valeted. An excellent experience and we will definitely use them again. Would most definitely recommend.

We have used other larger parking facilities in the past but now would not hesitate in using Pink Pig Parking as they definitely go the extra mile in customer service. The friendly staff made the experience hassle free and on return when we told them our sat nav had broken the driver offered to print out directions and did so in a matter in minutes. So refreshingly helpful! On arrival they took us quickly to the airport (5 mins away), and on return after we called them they came and picked us up with just a 5 minute wait making this aspect of our journey stress free.

There were road works on the way there but that did not effect our journey to the airport which was approx. 4 minutes tops. Our driver Kevin was quick, efficient and with humour which I find non existent in his line of work. Despite having the pressure of a quick turnaround, he kindly made sure we understood where our pick up location would be. Additionally we were assured we'd also be picked up in a timely manner when we returned. This was important to us as we knew we had a late flight back and were travelling with our three young children. I can truly say the whole experience was better than the highly price meet and greets I have used in the past at Heathow. They even phoned to get our arrival status as I was about to leave passport control. Even better in these hard economic times, their price for standard parking could not be beaten. I can highly recommend Pink Pig Parking.

The service provided was excellent. We had an early flight and therefore arrived at the parking site at approx. 5.30am but a member of staff was available and took us straight to the airport. On our return our flight was delayed and then we waited quite a while for our luggage. As the baggage system was experiencing problems we hadn't phoned for a pick up but a member of staff rang us to check if everything was ok. We phoned back as soon as we received our bags we phoned and the minibus was there within a few minutes. Staff were personable, friendly and helpful. Location is excellent with very quick transfer time.

Good location and easy to find. Transfer to airport very quick and efficient service.

Drop off area is actually easier to find than I expected, just behind Vauxhall Motorbodies which itself is a big place. No problems with check in and airport transfer, only note that transfer driver talked on his mobile while driving. On return pick up minibus arrived within 15min of phone call informing them of our arrival. Car was parked ready for collection BUT had lots of mud on its side. Looks like it was taken to another location for parking ...which is rather flusrating.

We arrived at 6.45 and were taken straight to the airport. On our return, we had only a 5-minute wait before the van appeared. Will definitely use them again.

Contents of rear boot of estate car with seat down had been disturbed and left in a disgraceful condition . Unsure as to whether car had been used whilst in their care for a week . Company failed to reply to e-mail complaint ,including photos , with any explanation . Beware !

It was very good and the car was safe and came back to us the same as we left it. The only issue for us was waiting for the minibus on returning from holiday and an issue with collecting another pink pig worker and lack of attention whilst driving , the driver spent more time looking at his colleague whilst talking to him instead of looking at the road, although no accident occurred it is still unsettling.

Received very good service. Arrived at car parking at about 4.30am, bags were loaded into the minibus and we were at the airport in about 5 min. On the way back equally good service, called pink pig from arrivals, agreed to meet in 10 min and met the minibus which had us back at our car in 5 min. Very friendly and efficient service. Could not recommend it highly enough. Flew July 2014.

I was very impressed with Pink Pig Parking We rang as requested five minutes before we got there. We arrived & were driven by minibus immediately to the terminal which took five minutes. On the way back we called as we arrived off the flight & the minibus was there to pick us up & our car was at the entrance ready to go. All staff we encountered were pleasant. I'd definitely recommend them.

This car park is very convenient to the airport,the staff are professional and friendly.i would not consider parking anywhere else.
