Upon approaching the car parking facility I received a phone call to ensure I had the correct directions. An operative stood at the entrance to direct me in through the gates. Mini bus immediately transferred us to the airport (half a mile away). The return experience was just as smooth. Called the car park and a bus was sent immediately. Car was ready in the car park (engine running to warm the cold interior). Altogether a very good experience.

Great fast checkin and collection. Very happy with service will use again in future.

Arrived at 3.50am (40mins earlier than I had booked it), but it was no problem. Just called the mobile number on the reception door and was greeted within 10mins. Cars are parked in a secure facility. My car was just as I'd left it when I got back. I got a courtesy call whilst I was still waiting for baggage at the airport and the transfer service was outside as soon as came out the airport. All in all, a hassle-free experience and cost only £24 for almost 6 days stay! Couldn't ask for more.

Only booked day before using service but the price was still ok The carpark is one of the closest of the "off airport" parking services. Staff where all polite and chatty, collection on arrival was swift after a simple phone call. I waited only a few minutes, the time it took to return to the carpark. For those non regular Luton travellers, traffic on approach to the terminal can be very slow, this is the same for everybody!

Easy to find, very convenient, polite, quick transfer, great service. Will always use them. What more can I say? Highly recommended. Thank you once again for your excellent service, Pink Pig.

Luton airport and Pink Pig parking beat Stanstead and Gatwick hands down for friendliness, efficiency, and speed of service. Well done. (Even Ryan Air were not to bad).

Located right next to the airport. Transfers to terminal 2 minutes. Dropped car off, they gave me a card with the phone numbers on and they dropped me to the terminal within 5 minutes. I called them on my return from the terminal and the car was waiting for me when I got to them. £10 extra paid and it was valeted while I was away. Good value, good service. Would use again.

I have used a few valet type services in the past but this one was the worst of all of them. On my scheduled arrival there was no bus and no one picked up the phone from Pink Pig. A called all available numbers and left multiple messages. Started even checking if the company went bankrupt during my holiday, etc. Managed to contact someone 1.5h later who could only apologize. Meantime found other people with the same problem... I have complained next day but no one replied to my email neither. Not worth dealing with Pink Pig at all.. Better spend a few pounds more somewhere else. They have a serious problem with organizing their work

Not used this service before but where received in a very friendly manner with clear and helpful instructions. Left my mobile in my car and the young lady transferring us to the airport returned us to depot to pick it up without complaint. All round a very positive experience and one we will use again.

This was one of the most positive experiences and the transfers were quick and efficient. We arrived early but still transferred straight away with friendly staff and no hassle. Will use again and hope you extend to other airports.

got there early in the morning and the guys were wide awake smiling and very helpful. put at ease the car will be ok and given instructions on what to do when we got back to the uk to be picked up to be brought back to our car. On picking up our car the guys asked if we had a good time and wished us a safe journey home. very pleased with my first experience of pink pig parking. WELL DONE and THANKYOU !

The parking was good. Transfers on time. People friendly. As I said only issue was being able to phone 10 mins prior to arriving but this isn't a big issue.

Have used other good, close-by, parking facilities in the past, but this is the best - on all the criteria I look for. Very happy to have re-booked for my trip next week, and will definitely use again. Thank you, guys.
