We were made to feel welcome. We felt that our was going to be well looked after, which it was. We paid to have it valeted whilst we were away and came back gleaming! Both of the transfer guys were so pleasant and thoughtful. I really can't recommend them enough. I would like to wish them all the best with their new business. We will be using them every time.

Great - easy to find, all to time, no stress on departure (3 minutes from the drop off point). On return - called after collecting bags - walked outside to find them waiting for us. 3 minutes back to the car park - a quick check of the car and off we went - excellent!!

Sorry but there is now way to describe the abysmal service offered by this 'company'. Avoid like the plague and go anywhere else. What a bunch of crooks. I very foolishly left my car in their care for a week. When we returned late at night and picked up the car the drivers seat had been brought forward as if for a very small child. Not a problem I will just move the seat back so that I can drive home. Oh no I can't because it is now broken and stuck in the forward position. The rather flustered driver told me 'No problem the director of Pink Pig will sort it out the next day'. So I drove home very uncomfortably setting off the indicator every time I changed gear. Next day I call to speak to director and was told that the fault was entirely down to me and that Pink Pig would take no responsibility for breaking my seat. They suggested that it had been broken prior to us dropping off the car (How I was supposed to drive with the seat so far forward did not enter into their thoughts). The 'Director' was very aggressive and told me that according to their terms and conditions any damage done by them was now down to me and anyway we booked through Go Simple.com so it was their problem. They refused to take any responsibility for the damage that they had caused. Look there are many other companies offering parking for Luton Airport. Please go else where otherwise you may well find your-self in my position and have a damaged car returned to you with no help from the company that damaged it.
