The telephone number provided on the booking confirmation went to voicemail on the morning we dropped off, had to wait 10 minutes to be greeted. Drop off point is a distance from the terminal building would have been easier to park ourselves in the long stay and jump on the bus. On the return journey we had another wait for the car - despite shopping in M&S after collecting our luggage and calling to say we had it. When the car was returned to us we noticed a small knock to the bumper, the guy dealing with us didn't want to help, basically said it was too small for them to deal with, he talked us round in circles and made us feel like we were lying about the condition we left the car in. He also didn't return any paperwork to us making it difficult to log a complaint. Very poor service and I we will not be using the service again.

Driver was very polite and friendly, waiting for me on my arrival and there straight away on my return, very god value for money, will def book again if I use Luton airport in the future.

They arrived at the Meet and greet as we did, and arrived back to meet us in excellent time, I would definitely use this service again, thank you

As a single woman travelling alone I didn't want to park 10miles away and wait in a dark car park alone. This was the best option and when travelling with my family i will definitely use them again!

An excellent and efficient service from start to finish. Upon arrival the friendly driver was waiting there to meet me with no delays and on my return a simple quick call when I had my baggage resulted in the car being ready yet again. Would definitely recommend this value for money service - a fast and punctuate group!!

Overall a good service and i would recommend it, we did have to wait about 10 minutes for someone to arrive when we were leaving but the car was there waiting for us when we arrived back.

Didn't have to wait long when we arrived at Luton to be met by a very friendly and helpful driver. On our return to Luton we duly phoned up to arrange for our car to meet us and a 10 minute wait was quoted and sure enough 10 minutes later the car and friendly driver turned up. Well done to everybody involved and thank you for a great service.

We were met and dealt with promptly. The driver was very helpful and clear with his instructions. On our return the car was delivered promptly and the driver went to pay the ticket whilst we loaded up as it was cold and were travelling with children. Excellent service.

I was flying very early, but this was no problem. All worked like clockwork and I'd definitely use these guys again. Reassuring to hear that the 'distance driven' was very short, not like some services.

Elsewhere, meet-and-greet services have been located much nearer the airport entrance. At Luton, it was quite a hike, and no nearer than the short-term carpark. In the cold and with a wheelchair to boot, there was no advantage for us.

It would have been quicker and cheaper to use and off site car park. we were made to wait 45 mins to collect our car and when I called to enquire I was constantly told the car will be there soon. I will never use Swift Meet and greet again.

Brilliant value for money. Cheaper than staying in short stay overnight. Meet you at the airport and take your car away to secure parking on your return they bring your car back and meet you. Best system for leaving your car at any airport and Swift come highly recommended by us

Driver and passenger seats had been adjusted. Radio settings changed and RDS switched off. SD Card had been removed and incorrectly replaced. 30 minutes wait before car returned.

Customer service on phone not great. We waited 35 mins for the car when they said it would be within 15. We usually use RS09 at Gatwick who are very punctual. A shame, you don't need the wait after travelling home from holiday. And they weren't too bothered, as we had no apology.

Very friendly service, although the number given to contact the driver prior to drop-off and collection seems to divert to another one...hold on long enough and you'll be put through OK.

They were waiting for us on arrival, did a full inspection of the car, then they were there on pick up. Car in exactly the same condition. Price was very reasonable. Made going on holiday with a baby and a toddler that bit easier! The driver was friendly. Would definatly recommend.

No trouble dropping off the car but on arrival had to wait 30 minutes because the staff were busy and there were not enough.

Having used self-parking options (two different car parks) before, decided to give this a try. Directions to the short term car park for drop-off were well signed and car was collected after only waiting a few minutes. The walk across to the terminal building takes 5 minutes max. On return, I called them just after collecting our bags, as instructed, and walked back to the car park, where the car was delivered within 10 minutes. Overall, good service at a fair price.
