Luton Airport is a shambles and so the drop-off point is a long walk in the open air from the terminal. Apart from that the drop-off went smoothly. Collection was a different matter. We had a two car booking and rang in 5 minutes apart. The first car was delivered reasonably quickly but the second one took a long time to come. The same driver who delivered our first car also delivered the second one but in between he delivered a vehicle to another group. Probably the worst valet service with the friendliest of drivers.

Overall the experience was excellent my only comment on approach to the airport I could not get anyone on the telephone numbers provided but when I arrived in the drop off area and rang them they was there and the handover of my vehicle was swift and efficent

Meet and greet was as expected. Only negative is actual experience of Luton Airport itself. Area for meet and greet is still a good 5 min walk from the terminal building and you have to plan ahead to ensure you have a spare pound to cover car park costs - at 3 in the morning something you could do without.

A great service, no hanging around, busses to car parks. Just walk out of the termenal and get into your car. The 5th time we have used the service and there will be many more.

Had a little trouble identifying the driver when we arrived at airport in fact after handing over vehicle I wondered if I had given it away to a stranger, on checking the receipt I had been given it had no company name on it & I got a little worried so I rang them to confirm that they had my car, however they did have it. On return I had to pay a pound to get out of airport but discovered I had no change, a rival company (I think they were called Priority meet & greet) gave me 40p as I could only scrap together 60p & our man had already gone, so thanks to that person. Despite my small quibbles my car was returned undamaged if a little dirty & the price was very fair.

This is my 2nd experience with Meet N Greet parking in London within 2 weeks, 1st was at Gatwick and this one at Luton. The Gatwick one was certainly worse but this one wasn't much better and the reasons lie on punctuality. If they inform to call them when 20 minutes away and we arrive exactly 20 minutes from this time, we shouldnt have to then wait an additional 15 minutes for them to pick up the car, which we did! Defeats the purpose of saving time as I could have spent half the amount and taken a shuttle over in the same time it took for them to 'meet' us. Same in returning, we called according to instructions and were not met until at least 20 minutes after we were supposed to meet the driver with our car. In normal circumstances of good weather and not having to pick up kids from babysitter I wouldnt be bothered but its because of these reasons I choose the quicker method and this didnt exactly prove to be any different than the lots we have to be shuttled to that charge a hell of a lot less!

We made allowance for extra travelling time because of traffic and hence arrived early. This created a small problem in that we had to wait around until designated arrival time. Not easy in the environs of the airport. Hence slight reduction. Pick up excellent. Good value for money. Will definitely use again.

We were delayed departing our home, due to a minor mishap and, I was disappointed to have had to ring the contact number 3 times, before I spoke to someone to tell them of our delay! Furthermore, the alternative telephone numbers were given out so quickly, my passenger was unable to write them down (bearing in mind we were travelling down the M1!). I also find it strange that you have to pay the £1.00 short-stay parking fee to exit (on return), surely this could be included in the purchase price - afterall, I suspect, most people using this service are flying in from places with foreign currency!!??

Normally we always book into the car parks and get a bus to the airport. This time would tried Swift. It really is what it states,our experience was excellent, 10 mins before we arrived we called the mobile number then as we arrived the gentleman was there to meet us, took the keys sign the document and off we went. On return we were early but this was not a problem as we called the mobile number again, we only had to wait 5 mins, we are very happy with this service as it is cheaper and less hassle. We will definately use this service so long as the service stays as good as it is.

Useful but call them 20 mins before you need your car back and tell them you have got your luggage and are ready, even if it's not true.

Only criticism is that the dropp off and collection point was a bit random. It would have been good to have a proper covered waiting area

My biggest gripe was that it was unclear as to where the drop off/pick-up point was.I ended up going into the drop-off zone (well just driving through it actually) and fortunately had a £1 to pay for the priviledge.I then rang the numer given and received slightly better instructions.There is NO signage and at 4.30am in the Winter,with a 5yr old it doesn't help.There seemed to be only one guy having to deal with several vehicles being dropped off and as each one needed paperwork completeing there was a little wait. HOWEVER,I will definitely use them again as on my return,after all checks etc,our "greeter" offered to take my money to get my ticket validated whilst I got my child settled and luggage loaded. It is a GOOD 6min walk to the terminal which I imagine on a rainy or cold day,especially with oldies or kids would not be much fun.Just thought I would point it out in case you were travelling with elderly/infirm or small children. Thank you Swift....we will be back!!

We were met by the friendly and polite driver and after signing the necessary paperwork were on our way.On our return we called Swift and the same driver arrived promptly.The service was exactly as promised and we will definitely use them again.

we found them online through parking website for Luton, although the price and some review didn't inspire confidence I decided we try them. and they delivered a very good service from the pick up to the delivery of the car on arrival. will recommend them again!

I used the service for 2 trips in one week. The driver who met me on both occasions was very friendly and extremely helpful, even though I had made an error in my booking, putting the wrong time for my outbound flight which meant that he was not expecting me at that time. He was very professional and pleasant and remembered me when i turned up again. I was very happy that I had chosen Swift and will do so every time I fly from Luton.
