Flying Scot Parking reviews

Sadly the service has declined as the company has got bigger. Have used Flying Scot for years, but no longer find it as reliable with longer transfer times

The staff were very helpful,and friendly.Even after a delay of 6 hours coming back from Cyprus,which meant we did not get in to Edinburgh until the early hours the transfer coach was waiting for us to get back to the car-park and collect the car. I would certainly recommend the company to anyone else.

Easy to book , easy to find , easy to use . What more could you ask for ! Will definately be using them again .

Easy to find,staff very helpful and transfer first class.Coming back again transfer sitting waiting and straight back to car no wait at all many thanks to the guys and ladies of Flying Scot.

Would defiantly recommend .Very close to terminal and quick transfer, no hanging about waiting.

on return told 5/10 mins to retrieve car ,totally unsatisfactory hung around for 10 mins late in the evening and ready to go home not good enough.Person in charge tired and over worked said please put complaint in writing .We will try again

I have always had good service from Flying Scot up to now, but on this occasion late on Sunday evening, there were a lot of people waiting for a long time for transport to the carparks and the drivers were struggling to cope. Luckily it wasn't cold and raining!

Always use flying scot wouldn't use anyone else, really easy to find, not too far from airport (2 minutes from airport), transfers regular, staff really nice and polite.

short distance from airport, makes the journey time shorter with the wait at airports.

Inbound service terrible. Bus to pick us up not punctual, too many people and luggage to fit (all crammed in) and car battery flat when picked up the car and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to provide jump leads to jump start. Staff not very empathetic. Not a great experience and will use a competitor such as secure airparks in future.
