The whole operation is very efficient. Drop off is easy, transferring luggage to the coach is easy, with help from the coach drivers. Pickup is fine. On;y point is that drop off point is the furthest stand from the airport entrance - but this only makes a few yards extra walk.

Quick. Efficient transfers. The drivers kindly assisted with luggage and we're very courteous. On return we phoned from free phone in airport and the time we walked to bus stop as advised the bus was there waiting. On return to car park, my car was waiting close to the gateway. I would definitely use this company again.

I keep going back to Flying Scot because everything from booking to tranfers works really well.

Both in leaving our car and in collecting it at end of holiday, Flying Scot were most efficient. The fact that they were very close to airport helped tremendously.

you don't have to park your own car, just drop it reception, check in and jump onto the mini bus and you're off to the airport within a few minutes

Shame it's a longer walk to the pickup point,but I guess that is due to the trams!

I got a bit lost. When you get there you just confirm the registration of your car hand over your car key, they park it. You are given a receipt and step on a bus and taken to the airport. Coming home phoned the number from the airport. The stance was busy and a bit of a free for all to get on. Once we got back the car was waiting for us. Easy, brilliant no hassle.

I have used Flying Scot for about 12 years and they have never let me down. I find their family business is always welcoming to the customer and they never muddle the bookings. One sets off to the airport (5 minutes in the minibus) without the usual panic, knowing the car will be waiting safely upon return. The staff are quick and intelligent. I highly recommend the service and think it is excellent value for money.

seemed a bit hectic when I arrived to park, employees running about everywhere but getting nowhere, checked in ok and transfer to airport was a bit slow as no minibuses were available, some of the others had been waiting 45mins. On my return at 5am the minibus was on time, I picked up my car and left for home, the next day I noticed that my car had been damaged whilst in the car park and phoned to report it, got short shift from the attendant who said I did not report it at the time so they could do nothing about it, I thought this would be the response and said I just wanted to repot it as an employee has damaged my vehicle and not reported it, they said there was nothing in THE BOOK, hence the reason for my phone call. Just to let others know to check their cars before leaving as afterwards they do not want to know. Will not use this particular car park again

Car park area to arrive and depart is small and cramped. Getting of main road a problem. Staff were grumpy and several were totally lacking in customer care skills. The whole experience was bad from start to finish. Customer service after complaining was managed quite well. Will never use this car park again. Have used others in the past which are far superior.

The coaches were waiting to fill up before they took us to the airport so you could be waiting up to 15 mins in the coach before it leaves for the airport. Same with coming back, didnt come that quick, a lot of waiting about.

We have used Flying Scot in the past and, in fact, they are my usual choice always having had good service. Although the service was good on this occasion initially we couldn't find a phone to let them know of our arrival. Obviously others on our flight did manage to phone but we missed the bus and had to wait for the return of the bus. Not normally a problem but at 2am and after a long day and long flight we were rather weary. On arrival at the yard our car could not be found initially and some cars had to be moved to allow access to our car. In the past our car was always waiting for us. Small points but we will continue to use Flying Scot. I also like the proximity of the yard to the airport.

Close to airport easy to find fast transfer easy to deal with. Fast customer service

fab near to airport could have got cheaper at ratho or newbridge but worth paying the extra £5 for a shorter journey

Car park easy to find and a prompt service in delivering to the Airport which is close at hand . On the way back we had to wait more than the promised 10 minutes for the bus to arrive but the driver explained that a police car had been on his tail all the way and he was in no position to hurry up ! Would be happy to use them again and plan to do so in next few weeks .

I made a mistake with the date when booking on line and this was quickly rectified with a phone call. The route details on the conformation were easy to follow and the staff were very informative and helpful. I will certainly use the Flying Scot again. Thank You
