The transers are short, the bus to and from was ready as soon as I was. They fulfilled all my requirements and for a very fair price.

Close to airport with minimum transfer time, with secure parking. Car brought to reception area for quick departure upon collection.

Didn't have to wait more than 1 minute in either direction and journey takes only 3-4 mins. Really happy. Also, was almost freezing when we got back to Edinburgh but the car was started and was warm when we got back to carpark. Nice touch.

Handled drop off of party in different vehicles very well, bus ready for party arriving very late on a Sunday evening. A nice touch was car ready and waiting warmed up on a frosty night.

I have used flying scot parking several times and on every occasion they have been more than helpfull in offering a local fast and reliable service no matter what time of day i needed them. Added to this they also have provided a more than reasonable valeting service while my car was in thier care.

Directions to park easy to follow. 2 mins transfer time to airport was great. Staff efficient, polite and friendly.

Perfectly placed for a speedy transfer to airport. Drivers were really good and chatty and asked where we were going. Used them twice over 2 weekends and driver remembered us. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was very efficient from start to finish. The transfer to the terminal was immediate and when we returned and phoned for pick-up the driver was there in a few minutes. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We booked a mini valet while our car was there, and the job done was superb!! What a difference in my car - it was gleaming inside and out when I returned. Thank you to the person who valeted my car. It must have been a long job, because my car was filthy, especially inside. We will most certainly recommend Flying Scot Parking to all our friends and will have no hesitation in using their services in the future.

Having tried a few car parking facilities at Edinburgh this one is the best because the minibus is quick and direct unlike other that rely on a bus that goes to a few places.

as a lone traveller, travelling from glasgow to edinburgh a 3am i was very anxious. i found the car park no problem and the staff were very friendly. the transfers were also very punctual and staff again were helpful with my luggage.

Made welcome without fuss. Extremely courteous and efficient. Not kept waiting at any time. Cost was very reasonable.

I booked with Flying Scot as they offer a car valet service. Unable to book car valeting online I asked at reception when I handed the car in and was told it was unlikely. On return the receptionist had no idea I had asked for this service and I found their attitude to my request flippant, unhelpful and uncaring. Will think twice before booking with them again.

Coach transfer on way back from airport was over 25 minute wait for a 3 minute journey. Then another wait as the first coach could not accommodate everyone waiting. Once I had my keys my car was then blocked in so that was another wait. Seemed to be very busy and not enough staff to cope. I have used this car park before and never encountered any problems so perhaps this was a one off bad day.

all went to plan and to time. no problems or issues arose and I was able to leave the parking area immediately on collecting my car key.

Transport and parking of car was very smooth. I dropped my mobile phone in the minibus on the return journey to Flying Scot and was very impressed that an employee had used my contacts to find out who it belonged to. Upon phoning them later that evening I was even more impressed that they would post it to me. However after it had not arrived in eight days I phoned back to enquire about it to be told that it was not their policy to post things and I would have to go and collect it!!

I used to use about more then 5 years ago and I am taking the taxi now a days but this time I found the service is improved, when we were waiting the bus to airport, they checked again and again and apologised the delayed. I do not like most when we arrive at air port and wait long time to take the bus to pick up the car in winter.

Have used the service previously and this was the best by far. Perhaps the timings helped but dealt with very efficiently on arrival and more importantly didn't have to wait long when I returned. Couldn't have asked for better. Very friendly staff. Absolute no complaints or even mionr moans and would certainly recommend to friends.

Booking, Check-in & Transfer very straightforward, Return Transfer bus took between 5 & 10 mins to appear after collecting luggage and going to Bus Stance, but friendly service throughout, easy car pickup and departure home. Great value for money and will definitely use again (If the Price is still Right) Many Thanks.

We have used Flying Scot on numerous occasions (including winter 2010 when we returned to get the car staff had dug it out of the snow and had the engine running) and always found all staff very courteous!!
