Easy to find. Friendly and helpful with bags. Quick transfers to and from airport with no waiting around. Excellent service, I would use again.

Things seem to run quite smoothly, apart from roller cases through the gravel where you pick up your car on return from holiday. This should be tarmaced. They seem to have amalgamated recently with Flying Scot and both companies are now named on their transfer buses. Flying Scot is slightly further from the terminal of the two.

could not beleave how fast we were attended to the very short time it took getting to the airport and value for money i will most sertantly use the parking every time i fly from edinburgh

I discovered on arrival at car park that the car had not been booked in from the company. Fortunately there was space available and the helpful member of staff manually sorted out the situation.

I think the above summarises it very well but there was a couple of small problems the road to the car park is not clearly signposted and there is a disused gate marked entrance.

have parked on 2 occasions at this airpark and on both the inside of my car has been very dirty ,my drivers seat door and mat covered in mud and grit.Shame as all other aspects of service good .

Promptly checked in. Taken to the airport by a courteous driver. Promptly picked up and taken back by a courteous driver and car waiting

Our flight was cancelled and we arrived 2 days later - flying scot parking charged us £10 for 2 days - due to this I will never use them for my car parking again and I do travel 3 or 4 times a year.

a pleasant professional experience. Had to wait a little while at the airport on return, but I guess that is just part of the deal.

On collecting our car recently our battery was flat - this has never happened before. But more annoyingly there were black marks on the very light upholstery of our passenger seat. We complained to the female receptionist who said it was nothing to do with them! We insisted it was as the car had no marks on it when we left. She would not tell us her name or the name of the manager of the Flying Scot Company. Talk about secret service!! Luckily a very nice young mechanic started the car for us and managed to remove the stains, blaming the night shift workers who supposedly move the cars around. We wont be back to Flying Scot ever again!

I have always used Flying Scot - it is one of the best value carparks and it is a short transfer to airport which is very regular.

Reception at car park was smooth and efficient, no delays in transfers in either direction so I was very pleased.

both transfers were quick, on way back ther wasn't enough room in the bus for all passengers however driver immediately requested another bus so hopefully the people left behind wouldn't have had long to wait

Transfers to the airport on demand, which is great for frequent flyers that don't like hanging around in the airport. Cheap valet services. The reception is a bit dirty but you dont spend too much time in there. Would use again.

2 minutes from the main terminal, friendly staff and drivers, with no waiting around for transfers. Very reasonable cost for a very efficient service.

The service was first class and friendly,this is the third time we have used it and it certainly won't be the last!

Very close to the airport and transfer was extremely qick. Our return flight was over 2 hrs late, but again the pick-up was quick and very efficient.

l had an early morning flight and time was tight.On arrival at the car park I was asked for information that I had already entered online (e.g. what is registration and type of car). This was time consuming and frustrating. Instead of shuttles leaving regularly there was a wait for the trickle of people who turned up and went through the time wasting process referred to. On return it was raining and we had the last flight of the day. The shuttle driver was obviously in a hurry to get finished. Back at the car park he dumped all of the bags out of the shuttle onto the loose gravel surface which was covered in puddles. Could do better!

Painless on arrival, quick departure to airport. On return bus was prompt and handing over of car keys also. Very happy with the service and would use it again.

used flying scot many many times, and keep going back, they are good, never a problem, transfers are always spot on, never have to wait any time at all, and next time i will fly i will be using flying scot
