This was the first time I have used Flying Scot Airport Car Parking and I was completely satisfied with the service they have to offer. It was so easy just to drive up and then be taken to the airport by shuttle bus. The cost of parking is very favourable compaired to normal airport parking or taking a taxi. I would definately recommend anyone thinking about this type of parking arrangement to use the Flying Scot Car Parking.

Everything was excellent up until we arrived at the carpark after our trip. It was snowing heavily and we were not dressed for the weather. Our car was not ready for us despite having text the reference number and my husband had to clear the car of snow and bring it out of the space himself. He was not pleased as the car was sitting in a puddle which he had to wade through in unsuitable footware.

I have rated the staff and facilities very highly and cannot elaborate further. We had no problems of any kind.

My flight times were changed and I contacted Flying Scot to tell them ahead of time but they did not have my car ready. It took some time to get it out of the parking area. I would now choose a more standard car park.

Valet service was great, our car was gleaming and so clean for our return we almost thought we had a new car. A great service to offer and well worth the money.

I have used the flying Scot carpark on several occassions and will continue to do so. The ease of access is very good and the staff are all very professioanal and polite, even when your flight is late or the weather is bad. Well done all at the Flyinf Scot.

I would use Flying Scot again as I have done in the past with Glasgow and Edinburgh, good value for money.

I have used this facility on several occasions and always found it satisfactory and much cheaper than the extortionate rates charged by NCP and other airport car parks.

I was very impressed with the service and the transfers with the bus arriving within 5 minutes of us phoning. The only drawback was probably the entrance, which will be driven past by the first time user. Efficient and friendly service...

The car park is very close to the sirport, literally about a minute away which means that there is no worries about getting stuck in traffic. I found that dropping the family off at the airport and then driving to the car park myself was a much easier option than everyone geting onto the transfer bus. I did the same thing on my return.I would definitely use this car park again.

Used Flying Scot quite a few times --still being told toilet out of order--do not believe this is true. An inconvenience to pun--unless this rectified will use alternative

In line with many other comments, the ground surface at Edinburgh was difficult to wheel luggage and also for walking particularly for the elderly. The surface is not nearly as good as it now is at Glasgow

Everthing went like clock work and only had to wait a couple of minutes out bound and inbound for transfer. Driver gave simple succinct instruction for vehicle reclaim.

I have been using The flying Scot for many years, usually at least twice a year and find the staff to be friendly and helpful. The car park is easy to find, very convenient for the airport and competatively priced. The service is second to none, I will continue to use them.

Everything was OK but disappointed after having given return flight details that we still had to phone to request bus to come for us. Car park was a bit waterlogged on our return and lighting on arrival and departure was poor. Access was good and very short journey to airport.

We completely missed the compound because they hadn't bothered putting the spotlights on above the sign. The computers were down and the office staff seemed to be in a bit of confusion, so our check in took longer than it should've. We missed the bus that just left which meant we had to wait 10 minutes for the next one. We were asked to wait outside because my friend stood too close to the back door and the sign that said 'staff only'; it was 7.30am and below freezing. We only just made our check-in at the airport. The return journey was much better, punctual and pleasant. When I got back to my car, it had been left unlocked. I'd try to find on-airport parking next time but this wasn't the worst for a last minute booking.

Easy to book and prepay and no problems on arrival, with speedy transfer to airport. Not long to wait on return, but unfortunately the minibus was held up at a barrier because the driver's passcard was rejected. Disappointing return to Flying Scot's carpark: we were wrongly directed, and when we did find our car, it was unlocked.
