I was happy that someone was in car park to show me where to park, office staff available to take keys etc then straight onto bus to airport - no hanging around at all. On return, again prompt pick up and car ready to drive off, staff were around car park to check we were ok with car and service rather than sitting in office watching. I will definately use again, however price is usually the main reason I choose a car park.

The gravel surface from waiitng area to bus was not easy for pulling a suitcase along. The waiting area was rather limited but the office staff were pleasant. directions to parking were good but signposting could have been more conspicuous especially at entry.

I rang for the bus while waiting to collect my bags and was then asked to ring again when I had my bags and I was at the bus stop, was this really necessary? Minor point of concern.

I must say this was my first experience in using the services of Flying Scot and it was nothing short of excellent. I will certainly be using Flying Scot again.

Service was great and efficient, but car was dusty on my return, large stone gravel parking area and therefore you have to carry cases rather than push. This parking is not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs.

Despite a complicated set of circumstances in which I left my sister's car to go off to Cardiff and she picked it up 3 days later after being in Portugal, everything went very smoothly. Excellent service!

The park was fine, nice and close to the airport - walking distance. When I got my car back it was really dirty, like it had been parked on a wet dual carriageway and it had been messed up by spray from other cars passing. That wasn't the way my car went in to the park so should not have been the way I got it back.

Very handy for airport, no problem, drove in, transferred to minibus and we were delivered to the airport in minutes. Same again on return, no waits, very convenient. Will definitely use Flying Scot again.

A bit slow to pick us up from the airport on our return. Car park a little small so may get a bit congested at busy times, otherwise, excellent value!

Flying Scot provided a first class service at a price no one else could match, with the added bonus that it is literally on the doorstep of the airport. I will certainly use them again.

apparently I had the wrong commencement date on my booking(my fault)so I arrived the day after they thought I would arrive. After that had been discovered I was told there was no room for my car, which was disappointing as I had paid for 4 days although I would only be there for three days. Help was at hand, however, and I was redirected to another park they had very close by, where I was accommodated with no problems and everything was fine. I would, however, have been very upset if no parking had been available just because I had turned up late. I had paid for four days in advance and would have expected to have had a space available to me during that period.

n arrival their was no record of my booking, we had to wait without explaination after asking found that due to lack of staff their was only 1 driver for transfers when he arrived he was very abusive to both car prk sta and other clients who had waited longer than us. On return I found that my car had been damaged at the car park and was told that i would have to write a letter of complaint.

When we arrived at car park we were told we were at the wrong car park even though our directions were to this car park. Were told to go the other one. We told them we didn't have time we had a plane to catch! They said they would move it. On arriving back in UK we had to wait half an hour for bus then of course our car wasn't in the car park they told us it would be in, it was in the original car park. We had to wait for it to be brought over to us. A complete shambles, will never use Flying Scot again.

picked up from airport on our return car was not where we dropped it off, drivers arguing with each other about mistake in abusive language, left hanging about until they took us to the other car park, handed the keys and told "your car is out ther somewhere on the left side of the car park" will never use them again

On arrival at designated car park (Flying Scot) I was told it was full and given directions to their other car park which turned out to be Lo-Cost parking. My return voucher stated payment of £37.50 when in fact you charged me £44.99! The car park had an appalling surface so much so that my tyre pressure warning light illuminated as soon as I started my car up on return. The coach driver on return was less than pleasant or helpful. I would not use this service again!

We have used other car parks for Edinburgh airport but this is by far the best experience we have had and will use this car park every time from now on - cheap, friendly, quick transfer to and from the airport and easy to find (especially at 6 in the morning!).

We were first in the queue waiting for the bus to pick us up when we arrived back in Edinburgh, however the Royal Highland Show was taking place and the driver explained that he would be a while picking us up because of this - which was acceptable and a queue built up behind us.

Arrived and handed over keys to very friendly staff. The courtesy bus arrived within minutes for short drive. Driver assisted with bags and explained how to call the bus back on my return. On return plane was late but there was no fuss. Driver came after 10 mins or so. Collected keys and drove home - very easy.

Whilst the price might have been the best on offer, to arrive at the Flying Scot car park to be told they are full and there was a space at 'LowCost'parking - part of the same company.... to have to drive there and wait for service and even longer for the bus. And the return wait at the airport was even longer. The price differential and the lack of service, it just wasn't worth it - won't be using Flying Scot again!

I have used Flying Scot several times and I have sometimes found them slow. The desk is sometimes left unattended for several minutes, with the phone left unanswered. There appears to be a division of labour between the staff but that's not transparent to the customer who just wants to check in, get on the bus and get their plane. This time the driver was unpleasant and unapologetic about it. He didnt remind customers that they had to get the keys from the office themselves. So there seems to be a reluctance to engage pleasantly with customers among at least two members of staff.
