found staff most helpful and a very prompt service - only problem I would say is that due to change of entrance there is a walk to reception and back to bus - also you need to get out and move the cone when you want to leave .... these are not big points but if you had asked me before they made these changes I would have said great for the first three..

Before I left my car for my early morning fklight to Paris, I put on the interior light to make sure I had every thing. Returning to my car 3 days later, yes my Battery was flat The staff could not have been more help jump starting my car with the on site leads. thnak you very much. See you again. Peter

The attendant was polite and efficient and we were driven to the airport immediately upon our arrival at the car park. Upon our return I called scotpark & the bus was there to pick us up within minutes .. Superb, professional service - I would definately use them again.

on our return we waited for half an hour at the usual pick up point, then phoned Flying Scot to complain and were told the pick up point had been changed to a different location (because the firm is in dispute with BAA over their annual payment) Will not be using Flying Scot again.

we arrived at car park just as transfer coach was about to leave , but driver was very considerate and put our luggage onto coach whilst i checked in thus saving time and when i came out of office it was straight to the airport. great service and when we returned we phoned and within less than 5 mins the coach was there and my car was at the front ready to go, once again great service . i will definately use again when going out of edinburgh or any airport away from home many thanks

My first experience with "Flying Scot" left my wife and I at the wrong location on our return from Tunisia and was then laden with foul language from the driver (not towards us, but towards the office staff who gave him the incorrect directions). My second experience was on Saturday afternoon (Oct 21st) when I returned to my car and discovered my back windscreen wiper having fallen, - this had never happened before. Very stupidly I set it in place again, I left the compound, tried the wiper again to find it didn't work properly; I then returned within one minute to be told by the staff since I had left their compound they no longer could be held liable. I protested, and am awaiting further contact from them. In the meantime I have had the item fixed in a garage near my home. Obviously, I would not recommend "Flying Scot".

I would recommend this as at the end of the day were all looking for the cheapest parking available where we feel confident that our car is safe with no hassle when we arrive back. Many see this an opportunity to rip off those who would leave their cars at the airport whilst on holiday etc but Flying Scot provided a fair price in my eyes and you genuinely don't begrudge paying for the service and i'm sure you'll all agree that that is rare feeling. Flying Scot all the way. Cheers.

Appeared slightly disorganised on arrival.Much more disorganised on return.We had to wait on 2 buses before we got on- it was late,cold, raining and we had a young child.People skipping queues etc Drivers very slow and not too good at packing bus.Lighting at parking was very poor and surfaces uneven.However,Glasgow branch far superior!

We checked the car in and the transfer coach was ready and waiting to take us straight to the terminal - no hanging around waiting, no fuss. On our return, by the time we phoned the office and walked to the pick up point, we only had to wait literally a couple of minutes and the bus arrived. One of the smoothest, quickest and most straight forward transfers I have ever had. I have used a number of car parks for trips to and from Edinburgh Airport but Flying Scot is easily the most efficient. PS the drivers all have a sense of humour and keep the 'banter' going all the way back to the car park - great stuff when you have had a long, boring flight - it cheers you up no end.

The bus pick up point on our return was beside the airport multi-storey car park (we had to go into the car park and out of a side entrance). This is a different place to the other secure airport parking drop offs and so not what we were expecting. It took a couple of phone calls and a bit of hanging around in the wrong place before we managed to find the bus. Not ideal with a 4 year old when all we wanted to do was get to our car asap and get home.

Had to wait 15 minutes for transport at airport on return. Difficult to wheel suitcases on chipped surfaces. Cars stored very tightly (wing mirrors folded in and left that way!) Car blocked in by others on collection - delay in getting away. Drove out of facility with no security barrier in place.

We chose this company becuase of how close to the airport it was, as previously stated the entrance on arrival was not clearly sign posted and the entrance in its self very small, a car leaving had to back up to allow us in, I thought the office iteself very grubby and there were flies flying about, maybe i'm being picking but these things are important to me, person behind desk was not very welcoming, but drivers and other staff seemed friendly, I porbably won't use this service again, you get what you pay I suppose.

We have used this car park before and the customer service was quite good. This time the office staff were short, curt bordering on being rude. On our departure date they were slightly better than on arrival. If we had not used the car before we have had no idea what or where to go. When the person answered the phone he did not say good evening or indeed his name or company he merely asked name when I told him he stated wait at stop number nine and hung up. We would be grateful if some feedback could be given to the company.

Good value for money, very efficient transfers. 10-15mins max wait. Very easy arrangement re:pick up at bus stance 9 at Edinburgh Airport on the rtn journey-no problem. Would definitely use again. Regular users should be offered a discount I feel. Excellent overall-most impressed.

1. Paid cash for a wash & wax up front. This was not done and nobody mentioned that it hadn't been done when I collected the car. 2. Buses were slow to pick up - I was told a bus was on its way when I rang, yet we had to wait quite some time despite the car park being only minutes away. 3. When I went to collect my car the woman at the desk kept answering the phone while dealing with me. I find this extremely rude. She also did not communicate clearly. 4. The drivers were pleasant.

I normally have good experiences with this carpark but my most recent was a bad, hopefully it was a one off ? On arrival there was an unusally high no. of people waiting to be transferred to the terminal. We checked our car in and waited; and waited; and waited. We eventaully asked them to get our car and got one of the staff to drop us off as we would have missed our flight. It was then we found out that two out of their three buses has broken down and the people in charge were to mean to rent some. This meant they were trying to service two carparks with only one operational bus, chaos was obviously soon to follow.

The service was generally good, staff could have been a bit friendlier! The only negative I have to add is once you collect your keys on your return the car is parked amongst A LOT of other cars and you have to find it yourself, no hint as to the location of it! When you have been travelling for hours and have lot of luggage its the last thing you want to do and was a bit frustrating. That being said I thought it was quite good value for money.

Stress free parking and very friendly staff, the car park is only minutes away from the airport and I will always try to use Flying Scott from now on, very reasonably priced and an excellent service. The mini bus was waiting on our return and the driver loaded all the bags. I would definately recomend use and I myself will always try and use Flying Scott

First time I have used this airport car parking facility and will certainly be using them again. Very friendly and helpful. Helped with luggage. Will recommend them to work mates and friends.

In my view parking at the Flying Scot at Edinburgh airport is better than any of the other places there. Also using your Web Site is nice and simple and your prices are great.
