This is a perfect place to leave your car. Really close to the airport and the transfers were very efficient and the driver very helpful and friendly. I have to say however it was very unnerving to be greeted by a sour faced parking attendant who grunted at you when you asked where to check in and who then found it appropriate in front of several people to become aggressive and abusive towards the driver doing the transfers regarding where he had parked the bus. If this was an issue we felt this could have been dealt with more appropriately or certainly in a different manner!! Please don't let this put you off it hasn't us, but I feel that maybe the staff concerned should be spoken to regarding their conduct in front of their customers!!

I was quite impressed with the service, price and transfers at the time.Although on a serious note when i returned and took a note of my mileage and drove home and unpacked my diary were i had entered the mileage i had left the car 4 days previous i had done 27 miles during my trip away whilst in your car ! i was livid .Can you explain this please ?

The gentleman who picked us up from the airport was quite rude to me as I forgot which pocket my carpark ticket was in!And was rushing me to find it but his sighing! However the good points overcome the bad points in this case. The recpetion staff were lovely and the gentleman who drove us to the airport was very cheery and friendly. We also didn't have to wait long to get picked up the airport back to the carpark. Also our car was in perfect condition when we arrived back to pick it up. It was also good value for money and by far the cheapest price quoted. I would recommened this car park to anyone.

Booking on-line was simple. Entrance could be better signposted. A transfer bus was available right away for the outward flight. Driver was extremely pleasant. Good value and service all round. Free key ring is a handy reminder to book with Flying Scot again!

Good value for money. Very near airport and time for bus to arrive is generally within 5-10 mins.

A vehicle was waiting to take us to the airport on our arrival at Flying Scot and on our return we were picked up at the airport only minutes after phoning to say we'd arrived. The driver helped us on both occasions with our luggage. Good value for money. Couldn't find fault.

The service and attitude on arrival was extremely poor. Having booked transfer for 3 cars and 9 persons the driver went into ' jobsworth' mode and refused to transfer persons, luggage and skis at the same time. We ended up taking our own luggage to the airport and then taking cars back to the car park. On return all cars were not ready for collection (parked in behind others which had to be moved first). After a tiring journey this is not acceptable. Full refund would be the correct course of action.

Staff appear to have changed recently and attitude is surly and sometimes rude. I have been using this company for a few years (several times a year) and I notice the service has deteriorated. I am considering using another provider if there is no improvement. Judging from the muddy footprints on the car mats, I assume that the car is parked in an adjacent field! Your comments would be welcome.

Staff were efficient on our arrival and we set off for the airport within minutes. We were given instructions on what to do on our return. We followed these when we returned and they sent a mini bus to collect us within approx 10-15mins. No problems when we collected the car keys and went to the car.

It is the first time that I have used an airport car park that I can say everything was perfect; staff very helpful and pleasant, transfer vehicle clean and spacious, all in all I thoroughly recommend Flying Scot and will be certainly using them again in the very near future.

Easily the cheapest about, and is one of the closest so transfer time is not long. Staff were helpful and entertaining!! The entrance, surface and lighting is not great but you will get over that.

Had no problems. Worth noting that you have to specifically request that they check your vehicle when you first arrive. Without this check, they will deny responsibility for any damage.

Service was very friendly and prompt. Transfer was quick due to close proximity to airport. However, my car was somewhat dirtier on return, probably due to rain puddles in the car park area.

If you are looking for a very reasonable airport parking place, Flying Scot is great. It's very efficient and almost no waiting around and as it is so close to the airport that takes no time either. The service is quite basic, but as the process is very straightforward, that has never mattered.

Everything went like clockwork and the transfers service was speedy and efficient. The Service staff handled the paperwork quickly and we thoroughly recommend this Airport Parking Facility.

The carpark surface is covered in quite large thick, sharp stones (bigger than gravel). It has always been a very poor site in wet weather, hence the need for this type of surface. Its better than it used to be.

On arrival, assistance given to move luggage from car to coach without asking - excellent service. Could maybe have been a bit quicker in the pickup on return but nonetheless, still very quick. Would definitely use again.

We have used Flying Scot for several years now, and no matter what time of day or night we arrive, the transfer service to/from the airport is always excellent. Prices are reasonable and drivers courteous.

Overall very satisfied, except ground bad for footwear and could cause heel damage. I missed my flight back and phoned to alert car park and was told no extra charge would be incurred on my next day arrival as it was Christmas which was very much appreciated, but on arrival lady wanted to charge me, but out of goodwill did not - again much appreciated after the overnight ordeal of staying in Stansted airport - awful. Another passenger, however, did alert me to a documentary which was about car park staff using the cars in their care, and he himself had been a victim of this practice - very alarming and he no longer uses due to this experience, and has made me wary, so will certainly check my fuel guage and mileage in future when I park my car! There is nothing like bad news being passed on!

the only point which prevents this being given "great" for customer service was the receptionist - although very efficient she was not what I would call customer friendly - she was on the phone when we arrived and did not acknowledge our presence, she did not make eye contact during our transaction, small points but would make all the difference, as I said very efficient but going that little bit extra would make all the difference. The transfer driver was excellent, friendly, efficient and interested in his customers.
