My experience was a very good one, with no waiting around, very efficient transfers and always felt my car was in a secure place. Would happily use them again.

apart from switching to low cost site because of fallen trees etc we were not inconvenienced too much

arrived 5.00am left at 5.25am. On my return I phoned them & left my name proceeded to stop 11. Waited 10mins for a bus when it arrived the driver did not ask anybody for their name. We could not get on the bus as it was full & had to wait another 15mins. This service is rubbish considering the park is only 2 mins away.

Value for money. Convenient location. On one occasion pick up at the airport was fine but on another occasion the pick up was slow, transport for other airparks came and went while we waited.

the cost is a lot cheaper than others directions very easy to get to, no waiting time for transfers to and from airport. will be using them again

Easy booking through agents with reassurance of late cancellation opportunity if any unforseen circumstances did arise. I have used Flying Scot a few times now. This occasion as with all previous there were no problems. Efficient friendly drop off, quick safe transfer very short distance to airport. Similarly efficient return transfer and pick-up of my car. We had four adults this time and it worked out at extremely good value for money. I always check web for best value but would always use Flying Scot if cost much the same.

Can't fault the service. Staff were friendly and very courteous. Would recommend this service to a friend.

Directions to the car park clearly marked.Parking located very close (walking distance) to Edinburgh Airport.No problems with courtesy phone after come back and shuttle bus on time.Highly recommended to other travellers!

Staff, facilities, service all fine, but minibuses too small for number of people transported, and long wait at pick-up point for return.

The parking and transfers were excellent. Place was well situated but unfortunately the bus driver on our return trip was extremely short with passengers who queried if he stopped at the Hilton? His reply was " listen to what I am saying".It felt a bit like he just wanted us off the bus asap! Although this did not take away from the efficiency of the service it spoiled the overall experiance slightly.

I experienced no problems when dropping my car off or when I returned to collect it. Quick and easy drop off and transfers. I have used Flying Scot several times before and will continue to use them.

This is the best car park service that I have used. Good value for money, good facilities, efficient and quick transfers and good customer service. What more could you ask for?

We were doing a car swap with a French family and i was worried that this would prove complicated but it all worked perfectly. All email contact regarding this was dealt with quickly and i was given clear instuctions. lady on the desk was cheery at 4.30 am only 5 min (or less) wait to get picked up. excellent

The arrival yard looked a bit tatty, but heck it's only a car park. The folk were friendly and helpful. The transfer happened quickly and comfortably - hardly time to get comfortable actually at the distance must be about a quarter of a mile, door to door. And it was good value for money.

Excellent transfers on both legs of trip. Very convenient and friendly.

From arriving at park to drop off at airport only took a few minutes. Same on return. Have used this facility often. No complaints

Tried to get the cheaper car park, but it was full for the dates required. Would use Flying Scot again, if the cheaper option is not available.
