Staff helpful and gave us peace of mind to leave our car whilst we were away.

Pleasurable experience with every aspect running on time. Staff friendly and professional in there dealings with the public. Value for money and cost effective. Will use again.

Have never had any problems. I like having the car parked for me rather than messing about looking for a space then waiting for a bus in the rain! Will use them every time from now on.

Friendly staff, even at 4.30am. Site is easy to get to and only 5 mins from airport. Have used several times now and will continue to do so.

Staff were very helpful, andd the whole experience was stress-free. Took a few minutes to find the courtesy phone to call for the return transfer but coach arrived within minutes. We will definitely use Flying Scot again.

I didn't know what to expect, since I've had some less-than satisfying experiences with other car parks in the past. But Flying Scot was a pleasant surprise: Everything was just perfect! The reception is easy to find. The receptionist was friendly, courteous and knew exactly who I was. The transfer bus was there in less than 2 minutes. My return experience was just as pleasant: Friendly staff and instant transfer. I will definitely return to Flying Scot!

On arrival, parking and transfer to the airport went well, although the transfer mini-bus was very old and rattly. On our return, despite the operators knowing which (busy) flight we were coming off, we had to wait nearly an hour to be taken back to the car park. The transfer mini-bus had to make 4 trips to take everyone - we were on the 3rd trip, so some peopl had to wait even longer. I suggest using a larger bus, or using 2 mini-buses, to meet busy flights. Luckily it wasn't raining or cold, but as we had a four-hour onward drive this was very annoying. We did make comment on this to staff and they were apologetic, but didn't offer any compensation of any kind. Also, the car parking area is not surfaced and had very large puddles to negotiate. I would not recommend Flying Scot.

They could do with a larger courtesy bus. Had to wait for three mini buses before we got on one. 20 min wait. At least it was sunny. Windscreen on my vehicle covered with dozens of tiny chips. Was not like when I left it. Will use the airports own carpark next time.

It is astounding how much parking can cost with all the providers! However Flying Scot were helpful, polite and I felt secure when I was away that my car was being looked after. Access to and from the site means for a quick turnaround time. The transfer drivers are great. Not so sure about that phone in the terminal though!

Great service, very fast at both sides, no waiting time at all. And because your car is near the entrance of their site, you're very soon on your way home. Will use it again !

Going out all very efficient.On our return big problems though.Waited in freezing temperatures(-5)between 11.00-11.30pm)for bus to pick up(various folk in queue tried to make contact by phone as well but no reply).I mentioned this to the operative who handed my keys back-she said the phones were working fine and offered no apology-neither was she remotely interested...next we found the car windows solid with ice...eventually found a staff member who suggested using a credit card! Have parked here before but service needs a shake up.

The car park is right next to the airport so transfer time is as short as can be. Buses seemed to be as frequent as can be expected and on my return my car was waiting by the reception hut for a quick getaway. Will use again if they are a good price next time I fly from Edinburgh

The Flying Scot is well worth the money and is very convenient for the airport approximately 5 minutes. Virtually no waiting going or returning from the airport

Excellent service and very cheap. I was delayed 24hrs on my way home from Jamaica and was only charged £5 per day that I was late. I expected it to be alot more tbh. Gary Maher

We fly out of Edinburgh Airport around 5x a year. Every visit to The Flying Scot has been speedy, friendly and efficient. That's why we keep going back.

Staff were helpful, transfer was slick and my car had a happy stay! Good value for money. Yours was the only car park where I could leave the car and get it collected by someone else, as I my son needed it.
