staff were helpful, only thing couldnt find phone to call but bus was there after a short wait.

First class service done everything they said they would all on time, good job.

This car park is near to the airport. I don't have to be afraid of my car. I'm so happy for customer service and a car park. I recommend a Flying Scot Parking to everyone.

Easy to find, very pleasent staff, very quick transfer and collection. Would use again.

Conveniently located within a very short distance from the airport. Office staff and drivers polite and helpful and minimal waiting time for transport. Not the cheapest parking available, but would use Flying Scot again for the above reasons.

Car very muddy inside when returned,mats had to be washed plus paint chipped.

Not much more to say - location particularly good and everything went smoothly.

Only once had a delay on transfer back to car park and this was due to volume of people on flight. Delay lasted approx 15 minutes but it was rather cold that night and seemed longer.

From the moment you arrive the staff are their to help. The cheery drivers are especially appreciated after a long journey. Thoroughly recommended

We have used this company many times and noticed the customer service was deteriorating, however we both noticed how much more friendly everyone was this time plus they'd started our car on our return and had it ready to drive out which they had stopped doing and had even managed to lose my parents car last time. So well done. We'll be using you again in 5 weeks time.

I would definitely use Flying Scot Parking at Edinburgh Airport again. They didn't keep me waiting, were very resonably priced and even had my defrosting for me in the -10 temp.

I could have gone elsewhere with a cheaper price but as I have had excellent service from Flying Scot in the past, I decided to stick with the Flying Scot

Basic but friendly. Good shuttle service. Where they park your car does not seem to consider that you have to drive it out eventually!

The actual car parking facility was very basic with not much space to manoeuvre; the transport to and from the airport was prompt and convenient; I returned on a very frosty night and, given that the keys were available, was disappointed that no attempt had been made to defrost the car ready for departure. I would use the facility again, given the cost and proximity compared with other Edinburgh airport car parks

This was one of these easiest car parking services I have used, polite and helpful staff, even the dogs escorted the transfer bus through the gates after they made their escape out onto the road.

Having used 'Flying Scot Glasgow' for many yours from Inverness for our holiday car parking this was our First Visit to Edinburgh. Well this again was 4 stars and the polite staff always their to help & the van driver excellent.
