There's no need for a transfer shuttle with Aardvark Meet and Greet parking for Gatwick Airport. Whichever terminal you're using, they'll meet you on your departure and return.

Aardvark Meet and Greet Gatwick serves both terminals at Gatwick Airport.

arrival

Please call the car park at the number provided in your confirmation email when you are 10 minutes away from the airport to confirm your meeting time with the driver. Then simply drive to the departure terminal, where a uniformed driver will be waiting to take your vehicle to their fully-secure car park. (See Directions section for more information.)

You will not be allowed to wait at your meeting point, so you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. Please call Aardvark Meet and Greet at the number provided in your confirmation email if you are going to arrive earlier or later than previously agreed.

Please ensure you carry a printed confirmation and place it in the windscreen of your car when driving onto the forecourt. If required please identify yourself to traffic warden as a client of Aardvark meet and greet.

  • Please ensure you advise the car park in advance of any change to your departure or arrival terminal, as they will assess a £15.00 fee if they are not notified of changes that affect the collection of your vehicle.

  • Stay on the ground floor level and head for the "car drop off" point.
  • Drive to the far end of the concourse, passing through the traffic lights, and look out for Aardvark's driver.
  • North Terminal:
  • Follow the signs to Departures, going up the ramp.
  • Park in the right-hand lane at the top of the ramp, and look out for Aardvark's driver.

Waiting for us when we arrived. Courtesy text when we landed reminding us to call when luggage collected which included easy access to their number which saved us looking it up. Once through customs straight out and car waiting for us. Couldn't ask for more.

The driver was 25 minutes late to collect my car and with wardens on patrol made this very difficult, offered no explanation as to why they were late even though i phoned ahead 10 mins before my arrival as per their instructions. On my return i rang the company after i had collected my suitcases, again as per the instructions, walked to the meeting point where the driver was waiting only for him to complain that i had taken a long time to get there! My car was in a filthy condition, covered in what looked like dried rusty water, cannot work out how that could be, i felt it was not worth asking the driver about this as he had a bad , don't care, attitude. I was very unhappy with the whole experience of using this company and would advise anybody not to use them.

Drop off was excellent. Driver waiting for us. Pick up not so good. Our plane was delayed. Driver explained where to go ok. Had to wait awhile for delivery of car. Driver bit surly. Just handed us keys and he was off. It was 1.30 am but didn't even wait for us to check a or whatever. Not the best we've ever had but not the worse. I guess you get what you pay for.

Having called when 10mins away, as instructed, I didn't expect to wait for 25mins on our arrival. Twice I was told that the driver was on his way, which turned to be untrue - they didn't have enough drivers. On our return, I called after collecting our baggage, and was told to proceed to the collection point. There we waited for 35mins. I was told twice that our car was on it's way. The third time I called I was told that our car was still in the car park. It would have been quicker to park it in the long-term car park ourselves. I will not be using this service again.

Phoned 10 mins. before arrival at Gatwick as requested, on arrival waited 55mins. for driver to arrive, after phoning the office again, excuses were that 3 drivers had not turned in to work that morning, they eventually passed us on to another company. luckily we had given ourselves plenty of time for travel, otherwise we would have missed our flight.

We found using Aardvark Meet and Greet very easy to use. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.The drivers on both parts of the journey were courteous and punctual. The price was very good, cheaper than parking for 2 weeks.All in all will definately use this service again.

I made a mistake and booked for the wrong week. Only found out when calling about 15 mins from the airport. No problem! The company just dealt with it very courteously. Nice to have such efficient and friendly service.

First time we have used meet and greet - this service was cheaper than parking and would highly recommend. Punctuality was first class - friendly, helpful service from drivers...we will certainly use Aardvark again without any hesitation.
