There's no need for a transfer shuttle with Aardvark Meet and Greet parking for Gatwick Airport. Whichever terminal you're using, they'll meet you on your departure and return.

Aardvark Meet and Greet Gatwick serves both terminals at Gatwick Airport.

Please call the car park at the number provided in your confirmation email when you are 10 minutes away from the airport to confirm your meeting time with the driver. Then simply drive to the departure terminal, where a uniformed driver will be waiting to take your vehicle to their fully-secure car park. (See Directions section for more information.)

You will not be allowed to wait at your meeting point, so you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. Please call Aardvark Meet and Greet at the number provided in your confirmation email if you are going to arrive earlier or later than previously agreed.

  • Stay on the ground floor level and head for the "car drop off" point.
  • Drive to the far end of the concourse, passing through the traffic lights, and look out for Aardvark's driver.
  • North Terminal:
  • Follow the signs to Departures, going up the ramp.
  • Park in the right-hand lane at the top of the ramp, and look out for Aardvark's driver.

The phone staff were friendly. However, after snow at Gatwick, I had to wait 50 minutes to have my car delivered to me - all this after a flight that was delayed for four hours. It would have been quicker to use a long stay car park! The driver who brought it to me declared 'You're lucky. Some people have had to wait an hour and a half!'

Having arrived on time and phoning ahead for drop off, I had to wait about 15mins beyond the scheduled time before I could leave my car. The person was there but had to wait for a customer who was later comming to pick up their car before he could accept my car. This was put down to being busy and the late arrival of the returining customer, but that still made me late. On return I phoned ahead and was tld they would drop off the car in 10 minutes. In fact it took over 20mins to arrive, so I had a 10+min wait in the cold. Again, this was put down to them being busy and so shortage of drivers available at the time. The car arrived in good condition, but I would be relucatant to use them again, because what I am paying for is to drop off and collect the car when agreed and they did not provide that.

Well worth the money,if only flying was this easy. Staff,friendly,polite and professional.its nice to get in a warm car when arriving back into UK. No queuing for buses,panicking about where you left the vehicle and worse of all the dreaded flat battery. Would recommend this service to everyone.

Friendly staff. On arrival at Gatwick North, a driver was with us within 5 minutes. On return, the flight was diverted to Gatwick South and was 30 mins late (about 12:15 am). Aardvark brought the car to the South terminal without question, and were there within 5 minutes.

The instructions on the return ticket are not updated (understandable given the pace of changes), so the verbal instructions need to be more detailed as to what to expect to see and where to go. I was told 'head for the courtesy coaches and wait at the last crossing' but should have been told to cross to the 2nd lane away from the terminal building. This was clarified by a second call, but better to be clear first time. Otherwise great, and at a great price.
