Arrival Procedure
Please call the car park at the number provided in your confirmation email when you are 10 minutes away from the airport to confirm your meeting time with the driver. Then simply drive to the departure terminal, where a uniformed driver will be waiting to take your vehicle to their fully-secure car park. (See Directions section for more information.)

- Please ensure you advise the car park in advance of any change to your departure or arrival terminal, as they will assess a £15.00 fee if they are not notified of changes that affect the collection of your vehicle.

very easy to hand over the car and to collect or return. great service.
everything worked as it should, contact number answered first time, bloke was waiting where he said he would be on arrival, and was back with our car within ten minutes of calling on return. Very good.
An easy way to reduce stress and hassle at the begining of a holiday the guy was ready to pick the car up as we arrived at the airport, very worthwile after a four hour drive. On our return we did have to wait about ten to fifteen minutes but found that not a great hassle. Proffesional service definately worth the extra twenty pound or so on top of normal airport parking fees. Thankyou.
We have used Meet and Greet twice this month, once with friends in their car and once on our own. A very efficient service. Our drop off was at 5am and colllection at 11pm, all carried out promptly with precise instructions. Will use again.
In submitting my online order I initially made a mistake on my return date. Although the Terms and Conditions stated no amendments, customer services were very understanding and allowed me to make the change even though I had less than 24 hours before I was due to fly. In addition the driver was on-time when I arrived at the airport and even though I arrived back at 3:00am instead of 00:50 the driver was also on time returning the car. Cannot fault the service one bit.
Drivers polite and punctual. Professional services given before the date, during the pick-ups at the airport and great value for money. Will definitely be using them again.
Ash cancelled our inbound flight and we eventually arrived at Gatwick a day late (by train). Meteor took it all in their stride and didn't charge us for the extra 24 hours parking. Friendly and efficient staff, clear instructions and punctual service: excellent, we will use them again when travelling from Gatwick.

Not a lot to say - we didn't get away, but our car was returned to us very promptly. I marked value for money 2 as there wasn't much service and certainly it turned out to be a very expensive car park.
Absolutely stress-free experience. They picked up and delievered the car on the dot, and the mileage was just where it shuld have been. Realy trustworthy. Wl use the again & again.
Generally a good service, the driver was 5 minutes late collecting the car but right on time when it was returned. Friendly and good value and the car had only done 3 miles when it was returned.
The meet and greet worked exactly as we had hoped and is well worth the few extra pounds it cost. Getting the meeting times right is the only awkward bit, as there is a "no waiting" policy at the drop-off point,(which is policed very strictly).
They were there when we arrived - slightly late after a hold up on the M23 - and there when we got back in the pouring rain. We will unhesitatingly use them again
Collection of car was late but the traffic was heavy getting to the North Terminal due to road works although we gave plenty of notice. Return journey the car was there on time. Would use again.
Excellent, prompt service and arrived to drop the car off as we left the airport.
Never having used this service before we were slightly concerned about what to expect. It was our best experience ever of arriving at the airport, relaxed, rather than having to make conversation with a taxi driver; on our return it was such a relief to know we could just drive home at our own pace. The driver met us both ends of the journey exactly on time - wonderful! Two very happy customers...we'll definitely use the service again.
All worked well until we returned to Gatwick airport. From we 'phoned Aardvark when we went through Customs to our car actually being delivered was 30 minutes! We had been told 10 minutes.
the service was easy to use, the car was promptly collected and delivered back on time with no delays. will definately use again.
Service exceeds expectations. We find it much preferable to on or off airport parking.
Directions for Meet and Greet location
- South Terminal:
- Stay on the ground floor level and head for the "car drop off" point.
- Drive to the far end of the concourse, passing through the traffic lights, and look out for Aardvark's driver.
- North Terminal:
- Follow the signs to Departures, going up the ramp.
- Park in the right-hand lane at the top of the ramp, and look out for Aardvark's driver.
