Report to Cophall Farm Parking Reception and present your booking confirmation. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Please allow 30 minutes for check-in and transfers.

Cophall Farm Parking operate free transfers on-demand 24 hours a day to both the North and South terminals.
**Please note that they are able to transfer skis, snowboards, bikes, surfboards and other similar-sized equipment upon request.**

Other Important Information
Please note that the Inter Terminal Transit System (Monorail) has closed to passengers. A new track will reopen on the 28th April 2010, and the second in July 2010. A replacement bus service will run from the North Terminal forecourt to the South Terminal forecourt within this period.
Directions to Cophall Farm Parking
We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
- Travelling via Redhill
- As you start to enter Horley from the North, you will come to a large Shell Garage, on the centre of a large roundabout, bear left here onto the B2036 (Balcombe Road): sign posted to Balcombe/Cuckfield.
- Proceed over the railway bridge, through the traffic lights and continue for 1.5 miles
- At a small roundabout, take 1st exit to East Grinstead (B2037) and continue for 2 miles
- You will pass a garage on the left, the Old House Restaurant on the right Cophall Farm is a little past this on the left
- Travelling via Reigate
- Take A217 from Reigate to Longbridge roundabout
- Take 1st exit on this roundabout and proceed 1 mile through the traffic lights and pelican crossing
- You'll arrive at a large roundabout with a Shell Garage in the centre. Turn right here and immediately bear left onto B2036 (Balcombe Road)
- Proceed over railway bridge, through traffic lights and continue for 1.5 miles
- At the small roundabout, take 1st exit to East Grinstead (B2037). Continue on this road past the Old House Restaurant on your right. Cophall Farm is a little past this on the left
- Travelling via M23
- Exit at Junction 10, then take the exit signed East Grinstead (A264).
- Go straight across the next roundabout (Copthorne Hotel) and continue for approximately 1.5 miles.
- At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the 1st exit signposted to Lingfield.
- At the next roundabout, turn left onto B2037.
- After approximately 1 mile you will pass the Hedgehog Pub on the left, and Cophall Farm Parking is the next turning on your right.

A little away from the airport (about 10-15 minutes transfer time) but extremely good value for money: very friendly staff and great service. Highly recommended.
The directions need to be updated, as the T junction referred to has been converted into a roundabout, probably quite recently. Apart from that everything went like clockwork.

easy to find a place using a sat nav, you just come, leave the keys to your car than into the transfer. You are in the airport within 30 minutus after you arrived to the car park!

Found a scratch on the car that wasn't there when i left it but only after i got home so to late to say anything.
Booked using the interweb. Parked up, and met by friendly lady who asked my name, went straight to paperwork, confirmed my flights, took the key and then it was straight into the transfer bus.In less than 10mins was in Airport. On return phoned the number given and by the time we had walked to the pickup point the bus was pulling up. Back at base, another friendly face greeted me, took my details, and then I was away in my car that was parked outside the office. Brilliant.

Good instructions made the site easy to find (even in the fog). Booking in was simple and the transfer immidiate. Very welcoming young lady on reception. Couldn't fault the service. Would use again and would not hesitate to recomend the service to anyone.
The most experienced, helpful and professional staff I have ever encountered in my travelling. It is good value and not as far as I expected from the terminal. All in all an excellent service!
WHilst initially it seems a long way if you come from the west via M25. The transfer left the instant we were ready and was there within 5 mins of us calling on the way back. The night we left was bitterly cold and I noticed they had people's cars running and warm for their return. I am sure that was welcome especially if they came from somewhere hot!
Our first time flying, so a little unsure on the parking arrangements, but everything was fantastic. Drop off car straight to airport....NO waiting at all. Didn't even have to ring them up on the return trip the van was already there....then straight back to the carpark again NO waiting at all. Very friendly staff just can't recommend this sevice enough.

Need to leave extra 10 minutes for the distance to the airport, but generally if you have left plenty of time this is an excellent service. The staff were very helpful and the experience was like a private taxi service. Would definitely recommend!
This was the first time we've had occasion to use any parking at an airport and chose Cophall due to family recommendations. Everything was straight forward, prompt, polite and easy, especially the quick delivery and having the car ready and warmed up on our return (with a family of 6 including a toddler this was fantastically appreciated!!!)In short, we wo'nt bother looking anywhere else as we feel the service can't be beaten (especially when you factor in the price!).

Our compound is fully secured by high security fencing, CCTV, barrier controlled entry & exit, floodlights & manned by humans 24 hours a day. We have disabled toilet facilities, wheelchair friendly access to reception area. Drinks machines. Flat tyres - we inflate them, flat batteries - we jump them, frozen cars at night - we warm them.
