Arrival Procedure
Report to Cophall Farm Parking Reception and present your booking confirmation. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Please allow 30 minutes for check-in and transfers.

Cophall Farm Parking operate free transfers on-demand 24 hours a day to both the North and South terminals.
**Please note that they are able to transfer skis, snowboards, bikes, surfboards and other similar-sized equipment upon request.**

Other Important Information
Please note that the Inter Terminal Transit System (Monorail) has closed to passengers. A new track will reopen on the 28th April 2010, and the second in July 2010. A replacement bus service will run from the North Terminal forecourt to the South Terminal forecourt within this period.

Booked online ,simple ,booked on the day we were flying ,there were no hitches at all.Easy to find. Clear instructions how to contact them for return trip,all very slick. The drivers were brilliant,even got tips on the best route to the M 25. Not often I say this, but this service was first class.
Nothing needs to change. The price was competative, the staff were sensible and friendly and it was well organised. Perhaps the mini buses could have been alittle bigger and carry more people.
I would definitely use Cophall Farm parking again. The staff were helpful and friendly (even at 5am!). The service was all very quick and efficient, and the pick up on our return arrived within 10 minutes of calling, thanks.

Having used a few different park & rides before this was by far the best. They were waiting for us when we arrived and took us straight to the airport. On return we called once collected our bags and by the time we reached the doors they were there waiting again!! Highly recomended.
Arrived at carpark, logged in car at which time the coach was waiting to take myself and another party to the airport, dropping them off at North Terminal before dropping me at South Terminal. On return the pick-up went just as smooth, only one small point - my car was about as far away from the office as it could be and it was pouring with rain, but that's possible just being niggly.
Courteous and helpful, this is an extremely efficient operation. The customer is made to feel like they matter, which facilitates a pleasant start and end to ones trip.

Parking about 10 minutes from airport. You are taken and collected in a mini bus. Great service and staff. Very helpful with directions. Once you have collected your cases you phone the customer service number and by the time you get to the coach stand the minibus is waiting for you.
friendly staff who were kind and helpful. transfer was immediate when going to the airport and only a short wait on the return journey. coach was small and comfortable and the driver friendly and helpful. officer staff were eqally kind and able to give clear and accurate directions to nearest garage when we left their car park. would use them again and recommend them.
I found the farm easily, The staff were very friendly and although we arrived at 3:30 am, with grandchildren in tow, we were made to feel most welcome and the staff were even making jokes with the kids, making the whole affair as painless as possible, with a safe comfortable transfer to the terminal. If only the terminal and flight could be made as pleasurable

The name of the parking facility made me a little hesitant as I wondered if we were going to have our car parked in the middle of a field in farmland! However, I couldn't have been more wrong. The key difference of your facility is that the transfer service to and from the airport is on demand, and we didn't have to wait around at all. No fuss, nothing too much trouble for your drivers. Wonderful! I'll be back.
There was no waiting at any point and the transfer is in a comfortable minibus.
This service is prompt friendly and helpful. Our return flight landed at 00.55 hrs but this was not a problem. In no time we were back at Copham Farm with our car waiting for us. No concerns with using them again.

Tired and hungry after a flight delayed by 3 hours I arrived at Gatwick and rang as directed. There was a long wait for a small mini bus that had already been to the north terminal and there were only two seats. I was thrown off the mini bus by a rude driver and had to wait for a following minibus. The driver of this bus had not been told to pick me up and I had to cause a real scene to get taken back to collect my car. I complained to the manager at the time - he could not care less. I will never use Cophall Farm Parking again.
Directions to Cophall Farm Parking
We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map to locate the car park. Please be aware that satellite navigation systems vary and are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park.
- Travelling via Redhill
- As you start to enter Horley from the North, you will come to a large Shell Garage, on the centre of a large roundabout, bear left here onto the B2036 (Balcombe Road): sign posted to Balcombe/Cuckfield.
- Proceed over the railway bridge, through the traffic lights and continue for 1.5 miles
- At a small roundabout, take 1st exit to East Grinstead (B2037) and continue for 2 miles
- You will pass a garage on the left, the Old House Restaurant on the right Cophall Farm is a little past this on the left
- Travelling via Reigate
- Take A217 from Reigate to Longbridge roundabout
- Take 1st exit on this roundabout and proceed 1 mile through the traffic lights and pelican crossing
- You'll arrive at a large roundabout with a Shell Garage in the centre. Turn right here and immediately bear left onto B2036 (Balcombe Road)
- Proceed over railway bridge, through traffic lights and continue for 1.5 miles
- At the small roundabout, take 1st exit to East Grinstead (B2037). Continue on this road past the Old House Restaurant on your right. Cophall Farm is a little past this on the left
- Travelling via M23
- Exit at Junction 10, then take the exit signed East Grinstead (A264).
- Go straight across the next roundabout (Copthorne Hotel) and continue for approximately 1.5 miles.
- At the next roundabout (Dukes Head), take the 1st exit signposted to Lingfield.
- At the next roundabout, turn left onto B2037.
- After approximately 1 mile you will pass the Hedgehog Pub on the left, and Cophall Farm Parking is the next turning on your right.

Our compound is fully secured by high security fencing, CCTV, barrier controlled entry & exit, floodlights & manned by humans 24 hours a day. We have disabled toilet facilities, wheelchair friendly access to reception area. Drinks machines. Flat tyres - we inflate them, flat batteries - we jump them, frozen cars at night - we warm them.
