The car park was easy to find and dropping off my car was a very simple task. The shuttle to the airport left promptly not long after my arrival and from the drop off point it did not take long to get to my check in desk. On arrival back in the UK I phoned the desk and just 2 minutes after arriving at the pick-up point a shuttle bus arrived. The driver was really friendly and helpful. On arrival back at the carpark my car was ready for me and since it was early and very cold they had already switched on my car to warm it up for me. A very good service.

Everyone was friendly, on phone and in person. The shuttle was punctual and efficient, the car park's location being highly convenient for Gatwick. Last but not least the price was really very attractive, although I realise I travelled in very much the low season. In short: everything worked like clockwork. Jerry Payne

Everything went very smoothly until our return. I think it took too long for the bus to arrive at the terminal on collection. There were 5 couples and I know 3 of the couples were on the same return flight which arrived on time. I strongly believe that the parking staff were aware of the arrival and should have sent the bus to the terminal earlier and before any phone calls had to be made. They must hace known who was arriving and at what time.

Cophall Farm may be further away from the airport than most of the competition, but this is overcome by the price, and also by the fast and efficient transfer service. The whole experience was a real pleasure!
