Arrival Procedure
Please call the car park telephone number in your confirmation email when you are ten minutes from the airport to confirm your arrival time.
- South Terminal: Follow the signs to "set down / car rental return" on the ground level. Drive as far as possible through the traffic lights and park on the right.
- North Terminal: Follow the signs for Flight Departures to the upper forecourt and pull into a convenient parking bay.
Departure Procedure
Phone the car park telephone number in your confirmation email once you have cleared Customs and proceed as follows:
- South Terminal: Follow the signs for "Taxis" on the ground floor. Exit the building and cross the road at the traffic lights. Turn left and your vehicle will be returned to you opposite the terminal.
- North Terminal: Exit the building on the Arrivals level and turn left. Cross to the 3rd lane, where your vehicle will be returned to you.

Very good to have someone take the car off you as you arrive however it isn't clear when to call them as you are coming off the plane - they say after security, but being a domestic flight, there was none. As I result I called as I was walking through the terminal and had to wait for about 10 minutes for the car to arrive. My collegue parked in short stay and payed the same, so good value!
The pick up and drop off element of this service were fantastic. Staff courteous and helpful. However, on arriving home we noticed a large dent on the back of the car that had not been present when we left it. At no time were we asked to check the car before leaving Gatwick - had we been we would have seen the dent (you can't miss it!!). We noticed your staff checking our car on drop off and would welcome the reminder to check it on pick up - with 3 small kids it's often the last thing on our minds!
Everything worked perfectly. They even helped me when I called from overseas to confirm that Gatwick was still operating despite the snow.
This is the second time I have used Meteor. Again, I found the service excellent. We had a very early flight and they arrived just as we pulled up, on the way home we were delayed, we called them as instructed after collecting bags and clearing customs and the car was delivered in a matter of minutes. I will definitely be using them again, we have four children and it makes the whole airport experience so much easier, I only wish the check in was as efficient!
Even though I was very late they were courteous and got someone to the pick up point quickly. Pity the same cannot be said for the Traffic Wardens at Gatwick. The return leg was equally smooth... Nigel

Easy to organise with clear instructions. Why would you park and ride?
We have four children and this service made our airport experience so much better than usual. The service was exactly as stated - they answered my call swiftly both times, as we walked out of the airport our car pulled up, FANTASTIC! Highly recommend, will definitely use next time I travel from Gatwick.
Having used a few meet & greet valet parking companies my main concern is always how long it will take them to arrive to pick up the car and then how long I'll be waiting when I arrive home before they bring my car back. Meteor were extremely punctual, less than 5 mins wait at both ends. I would definitely use them next time in preference to any of the other companies I have used before.
first ever experience. booking easy. phoned as requested 10 mins outside Gatwick, clear instructions provided on where to find meteor driver who was waiting for us on arrival. quick handover of necessary documentation and keys. On return to UK I had incorrectly advised meteor we would arrive at 15:00hrs when in fact we arrived at 13:30hrs. Despite this, we only waited approx 2 mins for car to arrive and they didn't even tell us off for providing incorrect information!! Very impressed with the whole experience and in the future we wouldn't dream of parking any other way
Found the service very good.We had decided on meet and greet because my husband is having problems as he awaits a hip replacement- but I think we will continue to do this in preference to the self-parking and would use Meteor again.
On arrival for my departure the telephone call to Meteor was made on schedule. Despte having no record on their computer system they met me on time and with no fuss I was on my way to check in
I would definitely use Meteor Meet & Greet again. They were punctual, efficient and quick. When telephoning, the phone was answered after only a couple of rings by courteous staff. Well done, Meteor, well worth the extra money as opposed to other car park options.
This was our first use of the meet and greet service and we were impressed with Meteor's efficiency. We arrived early at the airport and only had to wait a little over 5 minutes to be met and when we returned, the car was instantly there within a couple of minutes of walking out of the airport even though it was a busy arrival time. We would definitely use this service again.
We were kept waiting for 25 mins for someone to collect the car. This was very dissapointing. Pick up was fine.
Traveling at "stupid" o'clock or with a car full of kids (or both as in our case)? This service helps get you into check-in and off on your holidays really easily. We had a 10 min wait on the return but after all the other airport malarkey we didn't mind. I will use them again.

I got a good deal and with the service offered thought it was value for money.
Using this service took the pain out of Airport Parking. The time it saved us makes all the difference, especially if you have a late flight or are simply tired. We have a minimum 2hr drive home from the airport, so it saved us loads of time. The service instructions were easy to follow and the drivers arrived within minutes of the phone calls. Will definitely use again.
