  • South Terminal: Follow signs to Car Set-Down (ground level) and park at far end just after the traffic lights.
  • North Terminal: Follow signs to Departures set down and passenger drop off and the driver will meet you at the far end.

A No Waiting policy is in force at the terminals. Therefore please collect luggage, clear customs and then call the number in your confirmation email. Emergency Helpline is 07805 067348.

  • South Terminal: Follow signs to Courtesy Coaches and wait near the traffic lights.
  • North Terminal: Exit building on the ground floor and follow signs to customer pick up and the driver will be waiting with your car in a convenient space.

Everything worked as it should do although I did have to wait for my car for about 15 mins when I returned. Staff were friendly and I would definitely use them again.

My car collection was 20 minutes late on arrival at North Terminal. On my return, I asked if the return driver would kindly give me a missed call on my mobile when he arrived back with my car. I requested this because it was late at night, cold and dark and I could not see the drop off point from the Arrivals building. I was told in a rude manner that that could not possibly be done as they had hundreds of other customers to see to. I was told this in a brusque, unfriendly manner.

we were met at Gatwick very early on a Sunday (4.55am!) by a courteous and punctual driver. the system could not have worked more smoothly. a week later the plan was the same but our driver was delayed on his journey back to the meeting point so we waited a little grumpily for 21 minutes. i am going to put this down as a one off as we really liked the politeness and fuss-free nature of our dealings with Meteor- we will use them next time we travel

First time is using Meteor. A professional service and prompt and efficient in collecting the car. Return trip was lacking detail as the car was sent to the wrong terminal and we were left waiting on the stand until the car arrived. Will give them another chance to redeem.
