Meteor Meet and Greet Parking at Gatwick serves both terminals at Gatwick Airport.

Please call 01293 824221 (option 1) when you are 10 minutes away from the airport to confirm your meet time with your driver. Failure to call may result in a delay in collecting your vehicle.

  • South Terminal:Follow the signs to Car Set-Down (Ground Level) and park at the far end just after the last pedestrian crossing in the Approved Operator lane.
  • North Terminal:For North Terminal: Follow the signs to Set Down and Passenger Drop-Off keep in the right hand lane and drive to the far end pulling in to the spaces opposite the Premier Inn where the driver will meet you.

On your arrival at your Departure Terminal, please make your way to the appropriate meeting point where your driver will be waiting for you.

  • South Terminal:Please collect all your luggage, clear customs and when you are in the arrivals hall call 01293 824221 (option 1) to have your car delivered. There is a no waiting policy at this terminal so please ensure you are ready to collect your car when you call. Follow signs for 'Courtesy Coaches', exit the building and take a lift down to the ground floor. Cross to the outside lane where your car will be delivered to you. Emergency number 07805 927969.
  • North Terminal:Please collect all your luggage, clear customs and when you are in the arrivals hall call 01293 824221 (option 1) to have your car delivered. There is a no waiting policy at this terminal so please ensure you are ready to collect your car when you call. Exit the building on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks opposite and wait in the far end of the set down area. Emergency number 07805 927969.

They turned up over half an hour late for the pick up, and I therefore missed my flight. They had taken too many reservations for the number of staff available. Customer services were rude and unhelpful. I am seriously out of pocket as a result of their incompetence.

On departure we could not get through to the designated phone line to confirm our departure time and had to use the emergency number and then a landline number given on emergency number voicemail, when we eventually got through we were told that it would be a 20-30 minute wait. We arrived a Gatwick at the time we booked and waited 35 mins for our driver. The man on the switchboard told us he was the only person on duty that afternoon (the first Sat of half term) - he was helpful in updating an eta for the driver when we phoned back to check. This delay is the very maximum that we could have endured - had it been any greater I would have been very unhappy. On arrival there was no delay. Despite the delay the service was still more convenient that using the long stay car park. Our choice of provider was cost driven, despite the delay we would not rule meteor out again - depending on the price.

The driver was very rude and aggressive in his manner. He leaned over me whilst I was sat in my car and removed my car key from my ignition and refused to return it to me until I have him he piece of paper he required. At this point a another member of Meteor came over o try and resolve/diffuse the situation. His behaviour was totally unacceptable. It was very upsetting and I did feel threatened. Subsequently all other staff from Meteor parking have been polite, efficient and professional. However due to my experience I will not use this company again. If anyone has already booked I would suggest you request driver no '10' does not 'meet and greet' you.

Polite, helpful driver arrived very shortly after we did at arranged spot. Car given a n inspection and mileage check and clear instructions on what to do on return. Similarly, car was returned (in same condition with 7 extra miles) with minimal wait. Will continue to use their service on future trips provided they continue to be competitive.

Drop off OK with no problems. Arrival back at Gatwick was poor. Staff good. Will probably not use again.... Not a reflection on the people but freezing for 30 minutes whilst waiting on return was unacceptable.

The service was excellent. We arrived at the north terminal and the man was there to take the car from us. It was then just a few steps into the terminal building. With skis and 4 bags it made it so easy. On the way back the plane was diverted from the north to the south terminal and they dealt with this without any problem. They brought the car to the south terminal and we only had to wait a few minutes for it to arrive. I would use the service without question in future when flying from gatwick.
