Follow the signs to the zone indicated, park and board the transfer bus. PLEASE NOTE: At peak times it may be necessary for car park officials to take your car keys and safely park your car for you.

Departure Procedure

Go to the lower level of the North Terminal, exit the building and turn left to go to the courtesy coach pick-up point. If your booking reference is printed above the bar code on your ticket, proceed straight to the exit barrier. Otherwise, please go into reception, adjacent to the exit, with your ticket and printed booking confirmation.

Was very confused on arrival as the carpark is no longer NCP- had to check as it would be a costly mistake to park in the wrong carpark. We were informed NCP have lost the contract-it would have been nice to know this in advance.Apart from this we were very happy with the service.

Need to wait for your ticket on entry - don't press button, or you will have to go in to the office on departure. Only took 1 minute though.

Mr Beach 11 August, 2010

Very easy to use and arrival and transfers were hastle free. On the return we couldnt get out and neither could quite a few others, so we had to wait for parking support to reissue an escape pass. I was advised that the ticket had expired - but it was still in the timezone from the website paperwork. There was no added fee, so it was resolved, just a shame that it wasn't as hastle free getting off the park

The transfer buses are frequent and quick, as well as being easy to access from the parking space. The entry and exit systems are quick and easy to negotiate and the car park is well signposted. This is the third time I have used Flightpath, and I will do so again.

This was the second year we have used this car park and like last year it was an excellent service, all very easy and straight forward. Would use again.

Mrs Waterhouse 02 August, 2010

We had no problems at 6am dropping the car off, just a few hiccups on the way back at 1am. The bus did not have flightpath written on the side, but instead was on an A4 piece of paper on the window, we squeezed onto the bus and remembered which bus stop we needed. Loaded the car and went to the exit, inserted the ticket which was rejected, reversed up and went into reception, joined a queue, of fellow victims, no word of apology just issued with a new ticket, which the barrier would accept.

Although prepaid, the machine did not accept ticket on exit. This entailed visiting the office, return to car to drive it into exit parking bay and collect paper work. Then visit the office again to verify my payment and activate my ticket accordingly. Office staff were efficient and not awkward - nor apologetic - but it was a pain.

The ability to drive up to the barrier, collect my ticket, park reasonably quickly and catch the transfer bus was very good. similarly there were no problems in return and drove away quickly.

It was easy to book the car in at Flightpath NCP Gatwick, easy to find the car park and easy to jump on a bus. All in all the process is very straightforward and we will definitely use again.

we were harranged by the driver to put luggage "in a certain way - so it doesn't fall out" this was difficult due to the number of people and luggage. Luggage did more around - it would have not if the driver took corners more slowly. Perhaps get a bendy bus from Boris to ease the capacity issues???

Mr Roberts 31 May, 2010

Very slick operation. Car park post code not yet on sat nav but its easy to find. One small bit of confussion. When you return if there is a reference number above the barcode on your ticket it does not matter that it is not the same as your original booking ref number you can drive to the barrier and and get out.

Mr B 17 May, 2010

On our return we got off at the wrong bus stop. A passing bus driver stopped when he saw us looking lost and took us to the right part of the car park. Great service.

Mrs Measures 16 May, 2010

Unfortunately when we returned to the car - we had a flat battery. we called the office - a guy came to assist, but the jump leads he had were not adequate - he didn't think they would be as 'the pack was not really charged properly'. He then shot off and left us (3 women) to try push start the car. A little extra muscle would have been welcome. We then called the RAC and waited fro them.

Very quick, frequent shuttle bus service. I agree with one reviewer who said that it's not entirely straight forward to find the car park.

Mr McMahon 04 May, 2010

An additional bus stop for area W would improve the situation. However the service we received from our delayed return (volcanic ash) was first class.

Mr Ridout 15 April, 2010

Parked close to the carpark entrance and only waited a minute or so for the bus - both ways.
