We returned last Saturday and because of the snow it was diificult to read which way to exit the car park. Needless to say we adventually found the correct exit route, perhaps staff could have kept the direction signs clear of snow?

The carpark was easy to find using the well marked signs. There were arrows to follow once in the carpark to show you where to park. As long as you wrote on your ticket it was easy to find your car on your return. I did not have long to wait for either the bus there or back to the carpark.

The experience of using Gatwick Long Stay North Parking couldn't have been better. The directions to the parking and the ease of the automatic arrival procedure to the directions to the parking zone and the automated exit procedure - everything was very well thought out and very efficient. The car park is very secure, well lit and extremely well maintained. I would use this car park again without any hesitation.

I only booked 24 hours ahead of travelling, the vehicle recognition system worked a treat, take the ticket and park. The bus guy was courteous on both the outward and return trips to the terminal and the instructions on board were simple and concise. We flew with a no frills airline and that in itself was a worry; not having to add to those worries with any parking issues was a real godsend on the day. Lastly the costs of the service are worth the £8.00 odd per day, and the booking system was easily completed on my web mobile, pre booking meant that the costs of our trip were transparent enabling us to budget better prior to departure. Thanks very much.

I can't praise the experience enough,we parked the car and the transfer bus arrived just as we were approaching the bus stop transfer time was less than five minutes just what you want at four am..........on returning the bus again was with us within five minutes......three minute transfer.....straight through the barrier and off home....such a smooth process......thanks guy's......will definatley see you again........Simon

We chose this car park because it is close and only a bit more expensive with reliable tranfers, so we needed to allow less time for parking and getting to the North Terminal.
