Arrival Procedure
This car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system, so it is essential that you enter the correct vehicle registration when making your booking. Pull up to the barrier, where your number plate will be scanned and a ticket printed with your booking reference above the bar code. If a ticket is not produced, press the button for a ticket. Follow the signs to the zone indicated, park and board the transfer bus. PLEASE NOTE: At peak times it may be necessary for car park officials to take your car keys and safely park your car for you.
Departure Procedure
Go to the lower level of the North Terminal, exit the building and turn left to go to the courtesy coach pick-up point. If your booking reference is printed above the bar code on your ticket, proceed straight to the exit barrier. Otherwise, please go into reception, adjacent to the exit, with your ticket and printed booking confirmation.

Good overall, but no signs when you come out of arrivals for where you wait for bus.
Why on earth doesn't number plate recording work. We always have to go into the reception on return to prove that we have paid for the parking.
easy to find , easy to park and worry free holiday will use again and will recomend to my friends.
Barrier raised on arrival, produced pesonalised ticket. No need to check in just straight to the bus at the adjacent stop. Smooth, slick and secure. Thank you
Having prebooked and paid for our parking, the whole process was very straight forward. The number plate recognition system produced a personalised ticket that ensured easy access and exit from the carpark. Would certainly use it again
Both at Gatwick and Luton the Registration plate recognition doesn't work, perhaps due to a cherished number plate. I cannot exit the barrier without validation from the reception at Gtw. At Luton I can get validation over the intercom at the exit barrier.
We had no reason to meet the parking staff. The bus drivers were helpful and the buses frequent
Can't comment on customer service as we didn't meet any staff (possibly because our entering and exiting the area went without a hitch). However going by the fact that the car park was well run can only assume the staff were good. The bus drivers were very helpful, but I don't know if they count as staff of the car park.
Promised email confirmation of change of dates failed to arrive and needed chasing up before we received it. (It came immediately) Despite icy conditions, outward trip worked well. Signing unclear for coach stop on return to Gatwick. When we ran to the correct place with our luggage, the driver did not check for any approaching customers despite being empty but drew off as we reached rear of the bus. The next coach failed to arrive at the displayed time (Does the clock jam at 4 minutes?) and was packed. Passengers had great difficulty getting to luggage. Driver most unhelpful to lady with child in push chair. I guess cheap rate and cheap service!
Being a woman on my own, I did not feel too comfortable about the lack of anyone around at approx 7.45pm on a very cold Sunday evening. As luck would have it my car was parked near one of the car park lights, but getting out of this section seemed impossible, as I could see no indication to the exit and the perimeter was blocked off by bollards. I had to drive thru these to then see where I had to exit.
Unable to score parking staff fairly as had no contact with them I would prefer more luggage space at the enpence of having a seat.
It would be very helpful to have a local (airport map) avaialable on the site for the car park. The signage is not great & although a satnav can get you there using the coordinates, the last mile is quite diconcerting as you dont't know you are heading the right way until you get there. More direction information for the bus pickup point for the return journey would also help the jetlagged & disoriented senior citizens at 11:30pm
When going to the airport from the carpark we had to wait for three buses before one had any space so were waiting 20-25 minutes. The so called automatic ticket did not work at the barrier so I had to reverse and go to office to pay.
Easy travel from car park to terminal both ways. Frequent buses. Area W further away from bus stop than ideal, but still OK. Barriers worked automatically in and out.
The booking instructions stated that if the booking reference number was not shown on the parking ticket received on entry, then I had to report to the information office before exiting. As the reference no.was not shown on my ticket when I stopped at the info office I was informed that because my car registration number was shown on the ticket I could have exited without needing to stop at the office. After a 3 hour delayed flight bsck to Gatwick I could have done without the additional unnecessary delay caused by the incorrect exit instructions provided when booking.
Highly recommend though signage to the car park could be better, especially for those travelling in the dark.
The bus picking us up to go to the terminal was so full some passengers were left behind. The driver was less than helpful and was "short" with passengers.
This was my first use of this site. The parking cost was competitive and the site was easy to use; I even got a reminder about my booking a few days before my flight! Definitely a service I would use again.
Easy to find, plenty of spaces and not to far to walk to the pick up points. No problems on arrival or departure at the main entrance.Transfers to the airport were quick and the transfer back from the airport were easy to find as they were right outside the main exit. Will use again and have already recommended to friends.
We have used this car park many times. Easy to book online and transfer buses every 10 minutes. Will use this service again.
