EPG Meet & Greet in my opinion provide an exceptional service. Having never used a service like this before, we were a little aprehensive, but we can not fault the service EPG provided on any level. I would highly recommend them to anyone - they really are a super team who make travel and parking hassles at airports a thing of the past! Instructions received with booking were very clear. Following them was easy; a phone call to EPG 15 minutes before arrival at the terminal ensured that the EPG driver was there to meet us. On our return to Gatwick we were asked to call EPG when we arrived in the baggage hall. When the baggage was slow to arrive from the aircraft, EPG called us to make sure that we had arrived safely. The car was delivered within a couple of minutes of arriving at the meeting point and was already warmed up - very welcome on a cold January day.
We could not fault any aspect of EPG Meet and Greet's service and will definitely use the company again. Everyone we dealt with treated us with courtesy and respect and the service was very friendly throughout. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and efficient service, drivers instructions were good, car was nice and warm when we arrived to collect it but the carpets were dirty on the drivers side. I would definitely use them again though.

Thank you EPG! This company were fantastic. I have used several different Meet and Greet companies with very little to complain about but EPG were exceptional. We arrived - 2 cars in convoy - at the airport an hour earlier than we had said we would as we left lots of time due to snow. The driver was waiting for us as we drove up and whisked one car off and within 5 minutes he was back for the other. When I phoned to say we had arrived I was told that the drivers would have the car with us in 15 minutes. By the time we had worked our way out of the packed terminal both cars were ready and waiting in perfect condition. The drivers were polite and helpful. Friends I travelled with said that the long term carpark cost more than EPG meet and greet so it was also excellent value for money. I will definitely use this company again.

We were unavoidably late in dropping our car off at the Airport, due to being caught in traffic on the M25, but EPG called us beforehand, when we were delayed, and assured us that there would be no problem. We appreciated this thoughtfulness.

Can't fault them, driver waiting on departure, car waiting on return. Great service, if a little informal - it is always disconcerting giving your car and key to a stranger! Excellent value for money, would definitely use again.

On both departure and arrival no one answered the phone when we called as directed in the instructions. One mobile not available and the other went straight to answerphone. This was worrying as we were at the airport waiting to get our flight. However, they did turn up on both occaisions but I would recommend they sort out their instructions or just pick up the phone when called.
