We missed each other on our arrival at the airport (had to wait more than 10 mins)but it was because he was waived on. However the driver was there on our return so a very good service. And to the question "would we use them again?" - Yes.

All as expected. Good service. Dirty car on return - but that was probably the weather !

When we arrived back in the UK at Gatwick we called as we reached the baggage claim area . We explained that we had been diverted to the North Terminal rather than the South and this was no problem. I was then asked to call back after we had collected our bags which was disappointing as we then had to wait 15 mins in the cold at around 11.00pm with our boys as they car was delayed being returned. It was explained there had been an issue with diversions which was fine but why ask me to call back knowing there was a problem. It wasn't a big deal but just longer a wait than expected and could have been partly avoided. Would use again as overall good service and value.

Every thing was as explained . A very good service. Will be happy to use EPG again in the future.

The driver was waiting for us when we arrived and the car was there when we left the airport. A very efficient service with friendly staff; I will use them again for sure!

Dropped the car off at Gatwick and after a short wait, drove around the block twice, the EPG staff were there. When we returned, car was waiting for us outside.....can't get much better than that! Great service and will be using them next time...

Have used this company before & rated it very highly. A very convenient service & all worked out well except this time when our vehicle was returned one of our tyres was flat. I am not sure how they managed to drive it to the airport like that & the driver didn't mention it to us. It was very inconvenient sorting out after getting off plane. Considering this I would still look to use this type of service next time but would look for a company who did basic checks on your vehicle so not put in that position again.

Nothing too much trouble: collecting car from hotel instead of car park made things so much easier for me and when I needed to extend my booking by a week, it was very easy to do and fairly priced - I will definitley use your services again and recommend you to family and friends.

EPG Meet & Greet in my opinion provide an exceptional service. Having never used a service like this before, we were a little aprehensive, but we can not fault the service EPG provided on any level. I would highly recommend them to anyone - they really are a super team who make travel and parking hassles at airports a thing of the past!
