Meteor Meet and Greet Parking reviews

Have used a number of other organisations offering meet & greet but this is the only company who were actually waiting for us to pull in to the designated drop off. A quick check of the car, mileage taken and keys handed over and we were off. Return was equally good. We called as soon as we cleared customs and car arrived just as we did at the pick up point. We will recommend and use in future. Staff very friendly and efficient.

I can thoroughly recommend this company. Polite staff, punctual drop off and pick up. Cheaper than using a car park (£57 for 2 weeks 9th-24th December). Will be using them again.

All worked very smoothly. We had to wait an extra 10 mins on our return because our flight was delayed and there was general chaos at Gatwick. But we were warned about this and told to stay in the arrivals hall rather than hang around in the cold. Completely understandable in the circumstances and handled very well.

We arrived an hour early but thus was not a problem for Meteor - they were there to meet us when we arrived at the airport.

I use a lot of budget meet and greet for business. This was a holiday booking from Gatwick. I booked in 2 cars. Drop off was OK except that we had to get luggage and baby across from the car park so not as good as leaving the car at the (usual/former) drop off point. On the way back I text'd as soon as the plane landed and then called after picking up luggage I was disappointed to be told that cars would be 20/25 minutes. First car arrived after 30 minutes but second car did not arrive. Several calls later the second car (actually my son's small van) after over an hour. Unfortunately he had his 2 year old son which by the time we got the vehicle it was nearly 3am. Whilst we were waiting we saw one man had returned to his (unattended) car and had to call and wait for an attendant to come and handover his keys - he waited a long time too. In the meantime our car was returned and we had to pay another £3 to leave the car park. By the time the other car arrived we were in danger of having to pay another £3 for the first car as over half hour had past since paying for the ticket. I remember seeing the £3 charge on the small print but it was a bit of a pain. Finally once the van arrived the attendant paid the £3 for my son which was a gesture I guess but on the whole a very unpleasant end to a lovely holiday. I wouldn't use this company again.

Great to not have to worry about collecting and taking your car to any of the airport car parks and then having to bus it in!! The staff were efficient and prompt. We would definitely use Meteor again thanks for a pleasant experience

Although the drivers had a slight problem getting through to pick the car up, it was a quick and efficient service. The drivers were pleasent and apologetic, it was not their fault that the pick-up point was very crowded, and once checks were made the car was whisked away. On returning we did not have long to wait which was good as it was pouring with rain. Shall use the service again.

Very efficient service. Friendly staff, both on the phone and at the airport. Very good value for money, cheaper than local transport offers, even taking account of petrol costs. Would use again.

Although the outward collection was as promised we were left waiting for an hour at the side as the road. This was due to the car being taken to the wrong terminal first then turned out to be the wrong car. We eventually got the right car but feel this was not the service I paid for. This complaint is currently being delt with by meteor.

Everything worked smoothly despite there being 2 cars in our party being met/returned simultaneously. Drivers were punctual, polite, friendly & easily identifiable. Will definitely use you again and are happy to recommend your service.
