Very happy with them. Because of the waiting restrictions, I guess it is inevitable that we wait 5-10 minutes rather than them!

This is the first time I have used Meteor at Gatwick and on the experience I would not hesitate to recommend them. They were punctual, courteous and very helpful from booking, contacting them enroute to pick up on our return. Well done Meteor

They never received booking so it took 25 minutes for car to be collected. From then on, everything was fine. Have used Meteor before and would use again

Easy to book, clear instructions on drop off and pick up on return. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport for our outbound journey and the car was waiting for us on our return. Well worth the money to reduce the hastle of travelling by air.

Very pleseant staff but did phone to confirm it was the North Terminal as it didn't come up on the confirmation form, which they agreed was on the account but had to restate this when dropping off AND picking up the car. Not a major problem, just minor glitch in super experience

The staff were really courteous and helpful. The car was bought back in the same condition as we left it. The driver was on time at both drop off and pick up of the car. We would definately use the servcie again.

I was a little concerned before my journey, but fair play to Meteor as they delivered the goods.

Meteor were very punctual efficient and corteous. In future we will chose to use them irrespective of price. Excellent.

The instructions given on arrival were not clear and we went to the wrong airport road as we didn't know that we had to walk back through the car-park towards the Sofitel Hotel in order to meet the Meteor driver. We made a second phone call and it was sorted out well.

Meteor parking were extremely helpful, I dropped my family off at our hotel and then rang Meteor to arrange collection of the car at the airport, they asked where I was and said that they would collect the car from the hotel - brilliant! On our return the car was returned promptly as advertised allowing us to make a stressless departure for home. I would use the service again and recommend it to others - the hassle saved is well worth the extra!
