Extremely well-run, the parking staff were incredibly helpful and ran a very efficient process. The transfers were regular and well run, however the car park is further way than I had anticipated so I would allow the time they recommend to book your car in and transfer to the airport.

All staff helpful. The only improvement I would like is for an exact time of pickup on arrival back at Gatwick. Without knowing that it could be a cold wait if the weather is inclement. I will use them again when the opportunity arises

Waiting, is an airport nightmare. On this occasion aph supplied transport buses promptly and the driver was helpful and friendly. This alone would make me book with you again!

Bus transfers were prompt and hassle free, appreciated the help with the luggage. No problems.

This is the third of 4th time I have used APH and every time it works like a dream.

Easy to find just off the motorway, and i would use them again good service.

Easy to find, friendly staff with a helpful attitude. No problems re the transfers either. The price was encouraging and makes far more sense than public transport in all honesty (sadly).

Booking seemed simple though the page seemed to hang when I submitted the booking, so I wasn't sure if it had gone through. Fortunately I did not try again immediately and the confirmation email came through, showing that the booking had worked. The APH location is easy to find and check-in was quick and simple, with almost immediate tranfer to the terminal. On return, a transfer bus was there in 5 minutes of our arrival at the bus stop and took us straight back, even though we were the only passengers. The car was near the drop-off. This is the second time I've used APH. It won't be the last.

Cant fault this parking service since I have been working down here and I will continue to use it. Spot on..

As long as you have a reference number, then the rest is easy and straight forward. We were fortunate to arrive in the early hours, just stepped out of the car, unload, hand over the reference number and within minutes the car was tagged and we were on the bus and on the way to the airport terminal. Allow 30 minutes in general. However, in our case we were at the terminal within 15 minutes from stepping out the car! Timing heh???

Very easy to 'hand in' the car and get it back. It is best to follow to the directions on the website than it is by satnav. The coach left for the airport almost immediately on our arrival and there was a coach waiting at the pick u point when we arrived back into Gatwick. Only downfall is that our car window had been left open, presumably when it was moved into the pickup zone... Very annoying when it is freezing in and out of the car... Luckily the car park seemed very secure.

A service that I may not have considered before due to reports of vehicles being left on streets but this was far from the case with APH. Regular transport both to and from Gatwick ment short waiting times, buses were comfitable clean and in good condition also a thought the luggage weighing machine was a good touch. Overall very good service.

From the moment we arrived at the parking ,easily found thanks to the exact and straightforward directions given with the booking which was also very straightforward and easy on the website,everything went like clockwork.It was all so easy and efficient,we set off on the navette to the aerport without a worry in the world,reassured that our vehicle was in safe hands.the chauffer was friendly and chatty,as were the rest of the staff at the parking,they advised us on procedure for our return and when we arrived back,after a quick call,the transport was there to meet us and a very cheerful driver gave us an update on the news,delivered us to the carpark where the friendly office staff helped us with directions to our destination;the vevicle started without any problems;it was all a very stressless and agreeable experience.Thankyou,I would certainly recommend you to everyone in need of easy ,efficient,safe parking.

Though the sat nav post code made it a little difficult to find initially, everything else about the service provided was excellent. The busses used to transfer to to the airport were modern, clean and comfortable and the drivers were very friendly and helpful lifting heavy bags and dropping us right outside terminal door. Considering APH is the cheapest by far , I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
