When you park your car you are given a business card with instructions on what to do on your return. You are required to phone The car park upon CLEARING CUSTOMS not carrying this out can delay both yourself and other passengers.

A lot cheaper than parking at Gatwick on site and only 5 minutes down the road. Brilliant service.

I would use this company again. It was easy to get there (with sat nav). Transfers were quick and the staff were very pleasant

The transfer from the airport took a bit longer than I expected. Overall, its value for money.

Outward journey very good at 3.30am in the morning. Return journey at 6.30pm not good. Had to wait 25mins for pick up and then car not ready and waiting.

Not alot to say really. Good service, good price and I will use them again.

I booked parking with ukairport parking before for Heathrow, one week before flight I got email that it is cancelled. Paid via eBay!..will never pay payment company again. Requested refund, never heard or received anything. Parking booking via gosimply.com was reliable and reminders were emailed regularly at every step. We arrived at 3am and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The transfer bus was waiting for us and we were soon at the terminal in plenty of time. On our return a quick phone call and the bus was with us in 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend Cophall parking for their smooth and straightforward service.

We have used Cophall several times.This time unusually there was a slight delay in the bus arriving to take us to Gatwick, but we were very impressed by the prompt service on return at 3.45 in the morning.

Booking the parking was a breeze and at an excellent price. Finding the car park was easy, customer service was great upon arrival! The transfer was quick, and when returning even better as the bus waited until we arrived and were on-board the bus before the driver left for the car park which was nice as it eliminated the need to wait in the cold after a warm holiday! I just dropp my car,they expecting you.it is was only 2 minutes,then we went to the airport. it is was very organised.nothing worries.

I must admit to having reservations about using this service...however I needn't have worried. Easy to find friendly staff and a very relaxed trip to the airport. A perfect start to our holiday. The pick up was equally as good despite our plane being delayed for over an hour. One phone call to let them know we had arrived and transportation was there within a few minutes of us reaching the pick up point.Thank you to everyone at cophall parking. I thought the time from the airport was good, nice a short trip. The only niggle I had was when returning we were advised to call when we land, giving the impression for a speedy pick up... it did seem to be quite a wait. Nice car park and friendly staff.

Competitive price. Simple instructions to get there. Prompt pick up on return.

It was the best price out there for when we needed to travel. The compound was well secure and modernised and having minibuses men't there was little waiting for your tranfer. Would use again many thanks to the team that work there.
